The Mirada Apartments are so clean. I absolutely love the apartment setup and design, lots of attention to detail. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub are awesome!! I love to come home from work and relax in the hot tub and then stream a movie in their movie theater. The amenities at The Mirada are number one!!

I can’t even begin to describe how unhappy I am here at The Mirada. Upon moving in we were NOT made aware of the construction and were told that it was their new complex. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. There is non stop noise ALL DAY LONG. Between construction above us, construction beside us, construction right outside our door... from 5:45am to 7pm some days. We have a 10 month old baby who now has significant sleep issues due to him NEVER BEING ABLE TO TAKE A NAP!!!!!!!! The apartments look nice yet walls are paper thin. Every time someone lightly drops a weight in the weight room it echos throughout

It has been about 3 months since we moved to Mirada Apartments, and we really enjoy living here. First, the apartment manager is very welcoming and approachable. Second, the apartment complex has great amenities that we frequently use, especially I like the covered swimming pool with spa that allow us to swim there even during cold weather. Third, any repair requests that we filed were quickly resolved. Fourth, the apartment in which we live is very quiet with modern interior design. Overall, so far we are really glad to be a part of the Mirada Apartments community.

I am 31 years old I've lived on my own since I was 18. Due to the Military, the longest period I lived in one place was a year. In my 13 years of experience with different residential facilities in 10 different states, and understanding what to expect when you live in an apt, I have never experienced the treatment that I have received by the representatives of Krueger development. In 2015 I lived in Chantacleer residences, owned by Krueger development. A few months into my lease I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and called the 24/7 service number

Lived here about 6 months and aside from the online payment process being a little difficult some times, its been amazing. New rules about pet clean up have made a huge difference, Staff has been friendly and helpful, underground garage is wonderful and grounds are clean and beautiful. I have really enjoyed living here

The Mirada has been really great to live in as a young single professional. The area is safe and everything is within a 5 minute drive (target, gym, gas station, golf course, and restaurants).
It's also dog friendly with tons of room for my french bulldog, Spartacus, to run and play.
The staff are great and super responsive to all my emails. Leah is the best person to contact for all your concerns. Overall, I'd live here for another year, but will be relocating for a job.
