I want to take the opportunity to express you my discontent due the HORRIBLE condition in which the apartment was at the moment of occupancy and the attention delivered by cherry Creek apartment complex team.
Be aware that if you have a pet, you HAVE TO PAY TWO NON -REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ($ 750.00 ). When I paid the non-refundable security payment for $350.00; I wasn’t advice that I also had to paid a non-refundable security payment of $350.00 for my pet, until later on. THIS INFORMATION ISN'T IN THE BROUCHURE OR WEBSITE.

I done paid the application fee and all, and after that management acted as if I wasn’t supposed to have a tour of the apartment, when she showed me that apartment, I was so disappointed, especially by the odor . They were unprofessional, they were rude, (I kid you not, The woman who showed me the apartment acted as if I was bothering her by asking for a viewing. ) , but anyways as she took me to the apartment it was nothing but trash, and mess all in the streets. I’m good on allat. I found somewhere better.

Do not move here! I had first moved here 26 years ago , and had nothing but problems, from 1994, to 2015. I have been mugged in front of my own home. They had caught the person who had mugged me, and I was able to defend myself, and press charges. But, no one should have to live in fear like that. I also had my apartment broken into, and looted. They had moved me 3 different times because of property ownership changing hands in ownership. They had used my rent checks posted to them for other purposes, than to post for my rent being paid. And then they'd put eviction notices on my door, saying I
