PLEASE READ!
I have lived at 21 by Urbana for the past 9 months. It seemed like it would be a safe and nice place to live by the looks of the building and parking garages. However, I was very wrong. When I first moved into my studio space it was not cleaned, or repaired from the previous renter. My garbage disposal was broken, there were holes in both closet doors as well as the bathroom sliding door (which was also off track), the walls were completely scuffed up, and the bathroom sink had a potent smell coming out of it. On top of this the air filter was never changed and was completely covered

I’m relocating to sat lake city and had to do my entire apartment search online and virtual. After connecting with several buildings in a various pets of the city I’m so excited to call 21 by Urbana home.
The entire research process was seamless and informative. My leasing specialist, Amanda, was responsive, communicative and very accommodating. When I asked for more information about rooms and amenities she took the time to send me pictures and links and floor plans. She gave me a lot of attention and was always quick to reply to my emails and answer my calls.

During the most recent Heat Wave in Salt Lake City my A/C stopped working.
There was a delay in fixing it, which made my life/work/birthday very difficult. However, 21 By Urbana has been very helpful and kind lately since the mechanical failure.
I want to thank 21 by Urbana and specifically Kyle for maintaining communication and providing appropriate Rent Credits for the time spent in a hotel during the work-week.

WHAT HAPPENED to 21 by Urbana?
I need to preface with I’m a current resident who is writing a review on new management. Last year I moved to 21 by Urbana because of the wonderful customer service by management, it was almost like having an apartment concierge, they were wonderful and went beyond and above daily. I recently returned from a business trip and they were gone, everyone. 21 by Urbana went from amazing old school Nordstrom customer service to Wal-Mart level, they just don’t care about the residents and it’s clear the building hasn’t been as well maintained like it used to be

I've lived at 21 by Urbana for just 10 months, (my job is now permanently remote and I'm moving to Montana) -- I personally wasn't a fan of being in Sugarhouse but for anyone who likes being in this area, you really can't beat it.
Kim, Annette, and Marlene are fantastic. I'm genuinely going to miss them! They were always so friendly, and helpful. Always offering my dog Lola a treat, and I'd stop fo chat with them as much as I could. Great ladies! Kim even helped me move boxes up to my apartment when I was struggling with it. Really love them. The maintenance team

I lived here for a year, and the only reason I left was due to relocating across the country for work. The management and staff were always top notch and very friendly. Although it was rare for me to need to put in a maintenance request, whenever I did it was taken care of very quickly. I loved that my unit was connected with Dwelo, which allowed me to hook up to my Google Mini to control everything. I always felt really safe here, and knew that I could have packages left at my door for days when I was out of town. These are the best apartments in Sugarhouse.

Would give ZERO stars. This place is the most dishonest bunch of crooks I have ever encountered. We lived there just under a year and ran as fast as we could. The management are incredibly dishonest.
The "shared" utilities are a joke and continue to rise despite the a higher occupancy. They fluctuated wildly including a 10,000% increase one month and when we questioned why they went up were met with a condescending response about winter months being higher this was from January to February.
When we moved out we were slapped with a damage fee for something that was there when we moved

This was my favorite apartment ever! (Out of 4 cities and 10 apartments total). I stumbled upon 21 by Urbana right as I was moving out of downtown. It's in the perfect location in sugarhouse. Close enough to the freeways and main streets and the walkability to nearby attractions is unbeatable. Restaurants (Trolley Wing Co, right next door), Bars, grocery stores (smiths) are all just a short walk away.
I was lucky enough to have a top floor corner unit with a beautiful Mountain View. I loved waking up every morning to it and the privacy it offered. The apartment was upgraded and spacious
