Rita Ranch Automotive & Tire used to be Ventana Automotive but our name changed in 2014 when ownership changed.

Rita Ranch Automotive is one of my most trusted when it comes to mounting wheels and tires. I have brought several expensive wheel sets to them over the years and would not hesitate to continue having them do the mounting and balancing every time. They were also very helpful with loading and unloading the wheels and tires from my vehicle with care(I just recently got out of the hospital) to make sure my vehicle doesn’t get damaged. They are all awesome!
Update: They just mounted tires on my $12k set of Vossen forged custom built wheels for my Model X P100D flawlessly.

George blew my mind, and saved my butt today. I was down visiting a buddy in Vail when the hubcap on my 1970 Cadillac slashed my valve stem. I called them shortly before closing, and was told if I brought in my tire unmounted, they would have it done in no time. He wasn't kidding! George met me at the car, and brought the tire into the shop. Before i even had time to look around the lobby and finish the glass of water i grabbed from the water fountain, he was done with the tire and I was on my way! Wonderfully fast, professional service. I will absolutely use them again. Their service is 100% worth

It's never fun to watch your car take that flatbed trip. I live in the neighborhood and thought I'd give them a shot. I am blown away. Everything was straightforward, and way faster than expected. Good to know I have such a great repair shop close by. Bonus: they weren't afraid to touch an Audi. No BS or hassle, just a good shop.

After setting an appointment for my Ford F150 with Holmes Tuttle Ford and waiting for 7 hours and getting nothing done, I decided to take it to Rita Ranch Automotive and Tire. It was a very difficult repair problem as it would start sometimes and then not start leaving me stranded They kept it for a few days and then called me and said they found the problem. They got me back on the road for a very reasonable price. Close, convenient and most importantly effective in the repair.

I’ve given them a hefty amount of business over the last few months and they have been Johnny on the spot getting repairs done in days when I expect weeks and can do pretty quick diagnostics. We have been going here for years for our oil changes and tire replacements.
Today George and the crew went way out of their way to help when we had a full truck of furniture, a six month old baby, and were stuck with a bad battery. Within an hour we were back on the road.
I have never had such a good experience with any other repair shop in the past, and they wowed us during this crisis. We cannot thank them enough.

I have been going to Rita Ranch Auto & Tire for many years now, and they never disappoint! Terry, the owner, is always kind and doesn't try to up sell. Being a woman, I've never felt intimidated or talked down to. I can go in and know that I won't be overcharged or sold an unnecessary service. Most recently, my daughter had a fender bender that popped her bumper downward and it looked as though I could pop it back in, but I was unsure if I should. Fantastic place. Loved the Decor and the prices are great. Came by passing through from New Mexico to California noticed air coming from tire called this spot first they were closest told us it would be 15 if they could do it and sure enough got the rock that had the tire punctured but also a nail that was there. Very friendly guys and professional definitely recommend.

Love these guys. Quick to help, friendly, and reasonably priced. Needed a part and an oil change and I got tired of the old place trying to sell me unnecessary crap (probably because I'm female and they don't think I know better). This place definitely lives up to the stigmas often attributed to mechanics. Sadly, I was victimized by this place. I only went to this shady place because it was highly recommended by a friend. I paid over $200 for a battery replacement. What was I to do once the service was completed? I should have definitely shopped around or gone to Costco! F this place; worst mechanic in all of Tucson. You may as well go to the dealer since they at least use Vaseline when they bend you over.

I'm new to the neighborhood, and needed to get my vehicle serviced quickly.
Rita Ranch Automotive was able to get me in right away, and completed all three needed services very quickly. I'd done some calling around for pricing and scheduling, and these guys bested all the other shops on both counts. Very quick, excellent customer service, and a great value - coming in well under other area shops for the same service.
I highly recommend, and I will be back.

Very disappointed with the result of my service. Everything started off fine when I called and asked if they could fix a dead truck that would be towed in. I asked for a diagnostic eval to determine the problem and received a call from Terry informing me that it was a bad fuel pump. It took about about a week for the repair (parts order and then replacement), which is reasonable. When I got the bill, the cost for a replacement fuel pump was over $400. When I got home and researched the cost of a replacement fuel pump, other retailers carried the same part for $85-140. That is an extreme markup
