My best friend and I have been happy tenants at Bent Tree Apartments since 2018 and look forward to many more years in this complex. The location, just off Sawmill, is quiet yet convenient. Ashleigh and Rebecca in the office take great care of the residents and make us feel very welcome. They host many fun events during the year like Trunk or Treat, which make it feel like a community. The maintenance folks promptly respond to work orders with very little wait time, and they're always friendly and happy to explain the work they've done. We even have a courtesy officer to handle any minor issues

Location is the only good thing about this apartment, Apart from that everything else is bad. The buildings are old and would make a lot of noise while you're walking inside. Our neighbours were noisy and even after multiple complainants the management did NOTHING. The AC units were old and would not cool the house even after 2-3 hours. Good thing we leased it for short time, Would not recommend it.

My wife and I have lived in the Bent Tree complex for 2 years, and we've loved it. The management (especially Rebecca) have been very responsive to us, and maintenance requests get done very quickly. We've had no issues with our apartment besides some minor electrical outlet issues, which again were resolved very quickly.
The location in NW Columbus is very safe, very quiet, and is located right next to the shopping areas on Sawmill as well as providing easy access to I-270, SR 161, and SR 315.

My dogs and I have loved the year that we have lived here, so much so, I just resigned another lease for next year! If you want a place to call home this is the perfect community! Maintenance is there the same day to resolve any issue that may pop up, and Rebecca at the leasing office has been so helpful! It’s definitely a more mature community, which is nice to come home too! I will be staying here for many years to come

I have lived here for over a year and have nothing but, great things to say! I love the my property managers, they are very kind and really try to make a great community to live in. I have had a few times were I needed maintenance (usually due to user error) and these guys are cool and super fast. They also aren't cheap when it comes to repairs. I have had multiply times when they could have saved some cash and fixed something but, decided to upgrade and replace it NEW!! I'm very happy with were I live and have no complaints. GO BENT TREE!

I have lived at Bent Tree Apartments for 2 years now and really love it here. I have a 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with a fireplace and its very cozy and spacious. My neighbors are quiet and friendly, and i love how quiet in general the community. Buildings have secured coded entry, on site security I never feel unsafe, and love the fact that Cable and Internet is now INCLUDED in my renewal and will save a fortune. Trash collection 3 days a week and is an awesome amenity to have esp in the Winter time.

I lived here for about two years. The front office was always excellent and extremely friendly. Maintenance was on point and always took care of issues right away.
Neighbors were friendly, polite and quiet. The location is excellent near shopping and restaurants.
The apartment itself was a great value and very well-kept. I was happy with the space and layout. Felt very comfortable even with my 70 pound dog in a two bedroom apartment.
Never had any issues that I can remember. If you're looking for a great value and neighborhood feel this is exactly where you want to be.

Bent tree apartments in Dublin ohio are currently owned by crawford
hoying. The apartments are finished with cheap materials that fall apart after six months. for example:
the countertops are finshed in black but its actually just spray paint that has been applied over laminate so its chipping around the stove and it is bubbling up in both bathroom sinks. you can see the splatter from the sh*t job they did when you pull the stove out.
Our hot water tank gave out (b/c it was so old) and had to be replaced.
one of our tubs got cracked and had to be patched, and we couldn't

UPDATE: the longer I love here the more I find wrong. First, I forgot in my original review: the day I moved in the carpets were stained and smelled like smoke. They had ONE MONTH to get my apartment ready for me and I had a laundry list of things that needed fixing on day one. All the carpet had to be replaced after we already arranged everything. To get nw idea of how they treat these apartments just take a look at the photos I have added. Do yourself a favor and don't live here
