The reason why I am upset with this place is because they do not address your maintenance issues and concerns and other unjustified fees seriously. Although the leasing staff is friendly and are good listeners they will take what you say and show sympathy but will not take any action or do anything when it comes to addressing your concerns. They will listen to what you have to say but they will not do anything about any issues you have.

I honestly love this apartment complex! Anne and the rest of the staff are the NICEST people and extremely helpful. I’ve never been more impressed with staff! Maintenance does a great job fixing anything I would need and they gets there quickly. Has a beautiful pool and a very friendly community. The best square footage for your money at an apartment complex that I have found in Tallahassee. They renovated all the buildings so the inside is very nice as well! Very happy here!

The Monroe apartment are one of the best apartments in the Tallahassee area. I lived in Tallahassee for around six years and this apartment is the best out of all the places I have seen. The apartment is very spacious and when compared to any other properties. The amenities are amazing. Pool and gym are very good too. The previous property manager gave us a hard time for the first few months but after Ann Richison took over the property became a great place to live in. Ann and the Monroe is amazing. Highly recommend!

The area, despite the roach infestation, is nice and the apartment is overall nice.
The office staff, TERRIBLE, LIARS, INCONSIDERATE, DISRESPECTFUL, and they will let your apartment fall apart, without your doing, and want a million reasons why you want things fixed.
UPDATE:
They don’t care and aren’t “HEARTBROKEN”.
They still haven’t addressed my issues they just do the bare minimum with attitude and ignore my emails from Mya Smith.
I have documented so much that has been wrong with this apartment since my move in date, just in case they try to charge me, my

Do not move here. Don't be fooled by the extra space and how nice the pool looks. When we came to see the model apartment, I did not believe this place could be as bad as the reviews describe. But oh boy, was I wrong.
Summary: Roach infestation, mold, constant issues with old appliances, and they can’t do math (to not call them dishonest), so you what you agree to pay initially will likely not be what you pay.
1. Your move in cost will likely to not match what they tell you initially. We had a total of 3 different amounts given to us by the time we moved in.

I LOVE The Monroe! I have very high standards when it comes to renting myself, and this place takes it above my expectations! Highly recommend this place to families.
We moved from out of state- Monroe was with us every step of the way to ensure we got here safely and smoothly. Because of my medical issues, they ensured a safe apartment for me to live in. The floor plan is great, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths. Great for cats! Screened in patio.
The maintenance team is awesome! They really go the extra mile when called upon, very friendly, I feel like they are part of the family. The staff here communicate

The property is beautifully maintained and the renovation of the club house is sharp! Enjoyed the pool table and bar area overlooking the crystal clear blue swimming pool. Love the golf cart rides to show the apartments across the property and Steven was wonderful telling me all about the place too!
