Property management company that is very helpful the staff was extremely attentive for my phone calls they answered all my questions and they were very polite

I have been living here for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it. I can barely hear my neighbors. The complex is kept clean and up to date on maintenance. The landlord has been a great help for us. I have heard kids running around outside during the day but they are just kids. What do you expect? Werent you a kid once and enjoy playing outside with friends? At night very quiet and everyone is friendly. The apartments can cost a bit but it's well worth it and safe

Bristol woods is a great location to live at! So convenient, beautiful property and staff is so friendly. Haven’t had any problems so far and hope to keep it that way

My stove had a fire and the fire captain put in the report that the stove malfunctioned and should be replaced, he valued the loss at $500. WPL Management has decided to replace parts of this stove and relocate it to an empty unit and give me the stove from the empty unit. So renters BEWARE you may end up getting the unit with the stove that I had a fire on. This is lazy on management part if not something more. The fire report alone could get the complex a new stove with their insurance carrier; It makes me wonder if the stove they want to give me has not malfunctioned previously. I just don't

Deep jacuzzi tub in every apartment?!?! Yes!!! They are kind of strict on the rules, but I appreciate that because it keeps the place from turning into the ghetto like some places in Gresham are going to. Parking isn't amazing, but the apartments themselves are awesome. The manager and maintenance guy get things took care of quickly.

Summit View Apts, Salem OR... So impressed with all staff. Quick, pleasant maintenance. Always ready to repair, without blame. Managers so nice, quick call after repairs to make sure all is done well, or if I need anything else.
So many rude, disrespectful property managements in Salem. This is not one of them. They get that it's the tenants that pay their Salaries.

BEWARE they create bogus charges to get money they didn't earn. We have rented in Portland and in other cities for for the past four years together and NEVER have we been treated this badly.

We started off without a working stove and it took almost TWO months for us to have a relatively smoke free apartment even though at the time we gave our deposit and the apartment was vacant this could have been remedied. Upon move in until we closed we reported over two dozen noise complaints for our neighbors and nothing was ever done about it. On top of that not enough parking for the residents, kids

I lease an apartment at Country Club Place in Eugene and everything was fine during my first lease term of 7 months, however my lease renewal had a $75 monthly increase which is a very unpleasant surprise after only 7 months because there is NO justification for this excessive increase (except greed) such as new appliances or adding air conditioning. Unfortunately I do not have time this year to look for other options, however I will have other options fully scoped out for the next lease renewal and I could never recommend this site to anyone knowing they will find themselves in a similar abusive

Terrible Staff and horrible property manager. Unlicensed maintenance also to halfway repair your apartment.

The Bristol Woods apartment office, is very discriminatory. Vety unprofessional, harassing, and discriminatory. To say the least. Dont move here especially with kids. Oh yeah if you are of color you will be so uncomfortable.

Very nice living community. Well maintained, good location, groomed landscape, safe and quiet. Excellent management. Many different types of housing in this complex from roomy flats, town homes & apartments. Did lots of looking before deciding on Rippling Brook... best bang for the buck especially if tidy & quiet are important.
Rippling Brook is in South Salem btw :)

Well maintained apartments. Much larger than most. Staff is friendly and takes care of any concerns.
