I’ve gone to legacy property management for a long time but needed something fixed immediately recently and Matthew Cox came and fixed it the exact same day I had called it in. He was easy to talk to, polite, and made sure I didn’t need anything else fixed before leaving. He didn’t leave any mess and was respectful the entire time. Probably one of the best people to call in if you need anything fixed.

my first experience I had a man/employee/maintenance worker pull a GUN one in front of my kids!!! My family!!!
Yes you read right....Call the legacy property office number was accused of threatening the workers! Yes this was Hogwash!
Seriously serious....many different experience I see people and business have, except someone pulling a GUN on someone family!!! Is very unprofessional and should be taken seriously.....!!!!

We moved out of one of their apartments and into another that was supposedly ready. It. Want even vacuumed. There were things. That were painted shut. The fridge started leaking in 2 days. The dishwasher was leaking under the sink. There is still a hole in the wall behind the toilet. I had to threaten to get an attorney to get my deposit. And only then did the management give me a credit towards My next months rent(so she could keep that money as well). We left the other apartment in good standing cuz i patched all yhe wholes, replaced every blind that was damaged and vacuumed before i left. She

DO NOT RENT FROM LEGACY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
I cannot even begin to describe in full detail how frustrating this company is. Nobody is on the same page about information. I’ve been thrown around to 5 different people and have had to re-explain my situation. I’ve been told several different ways on how I “should” handle it. The properties alone are subpar (most more than 1500 w/o laundry units and no utilities) and employees instead of telling it straight beat around the bush. I was given a run down on when things were due and after a couple months got hit with random charges & am having

At first the place looks nice outside with the courtyard/common area makes the small complex look good. The complex is old but some units somewhat renovated but only the floors and painting some doors difference too. Appliances are from 90’s or older. I asked to see if they could change my dishwasher because it does not wash well and it has rusted and broken sticks where it holds the cups and dishes. They only brought me caps that come off easily and washer does not work well, it does not wash dishes well at all. I offered and asked if i could install one of my own (as I have my washer and dryer
