Jessie did an awesome job. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The salon is clean and inviting and all the staff I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Finding a good place to get your hair done when you are super picky is hard, I will definitely be going back.

Love this salon!!! I have tried 4 different hair stylists & salons since moving here a little over 4 years ago, and Carrisa is by far the BEST stylist I have ever had!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new hair! It has never looked better & is SOOOOO soft and silky now since coming to Ten Salon. I would recommend this place & Carissa to anyone! All the staff are super friendly too!

I have been seeing my stylist Carissa for years but this was my first time at Ten Salon since she moved here. This place is a 10 out of 10! Beautiful, clean, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The shampoo chairs are amazing! I’m so happy that Carissa, the greatest stylist ever, has become part of Ten Salon’s family. I love it here!

Alexis trimmed and styled my hair, and I loved her approach. She guided me with suggestions, and asked me questions as to what I was looking for with my hair. For a long time, stylists have suggested long layers to increase volume, but ultimately she educated me as to why long layers don’t work for my hair type. I love my new cut and style and would highly recommend Alexis and Ten Salon. Their salon is clean, uncluttered and sleek. A real treat to be pampered in such a beautiful, modern setting.

I love Ten Salon at Neptune Beach. Jessie has been doing my hair since we moved to the area and I couldn’t be more pleased. She listens to me and makes adjustments to my cut and color to keep my look fresh and up to date. Everyone here is very professional and attentive. The details count at a good salon! I went to this Salon to have caramel highlights done for $259.00 and I went home with breaking green hair. The following day I called and another girl fixed my hair coloring but my hair was under stress already and needed a lots of treatment. But after 2 treatments the manager wanted to charge me $$$ to treat my hair from the damaged they caused to my hair. I won't ever go back there again.

I finally bit the bullet and got my first haircut in a salon since COVID. I followed my stylist to this salon (Dena) and if you book with her you won't be disappointed with her work!
Unfortunately the day of my service Dena wasn't feeling well but the salon was able to fit me in with another stylist at the same time (Jessie). I also had the option to reschedule but wasn't able to make it work with my schedule. I was very pleased with the haircut I received from Jessie and she was extremely sweet! Would recommend her if you're in the market for a few stylist.

Kourtnee at Ten Salon Neptune Beach is absolutely AMAZING! She has saved my hair. It was damaged and had no volume or style to it, and she has taken it to another level. I basically just tell her to do what she wants and she DELIVERS! She has also recommended some of the best hair products I’ve ever used on my hair. What I loved about my experience is that we mapped out a plan to bring my hair back to life. It’s such a holistic, satisfying experience. Amazing experience with stylist Jessie! I love my highlights. I absolutely loved the shampoo room, relaxing experience and was recommended products best suitable for my hair. Gina is an angel! Not only was she the absolute sweetest but she did an incredible job on my haircut! Her attention to detail was unparalleled and she was so accommodating throughout the entire process. I cut off around ten inches of hair for Locks for Love donation and she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted out of the cut.
The salon itself is clean, Covid-19 precautions were adhered to and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend!!!!

Not sure how this place has almost 5 stars. Long story short, I would not recommend this place to friends, family or even an enemy. I asked for Balayage and instead got highlights that made me look like a skunk. I was confident in choosing this salon because the receptionist I spoke with on the phone told me everyone in the salon is trained in balayage and that I would be with a "level 4" colorist. So HAPPY I found this place! I have been to many I mean, MANY Salon's and Carmen is it!! She did a Beautiful highlight with some low lights and gloss on my hair! I have long hair and also gray roots. Unwisely, I tried to "un-do" the bang trim I got. I then gave myself a "Mamie Eisenhower staring into bright headlights" look. N.o.t. g.o.o.d.
I didn't want to go back to where I got the initial bang trim done.
I called Ten Salon on a busy Friday morning and was met on the phone by a very kind, sympathetic young lady named Season.
She said she could get me in with Meg almost immediately. Meg did the best she could do on my total hack job and told me to give it 3 weeks and we would be able to get them back to normal.

Tammy cut and colored my shoulder-length hair while we were visiting Jacksonville Beach. I needed an emergency color for grey roots while here and she did a fabulous job. I've been getting my hair colored for years in NJ but Tammy gave me one of the best colors EVER. In addition to her skilled coloring, she has a wonderful personality that made the 2 hours so enjoyable. I highly recommend her. My only complaint is that she is a two hour plane ride whenever I need her, which is every 4 weeks!!

They double booked my wedding (even though it was put on their calendar six months prior) and left me with 10 days to find new stylists for my 7 bridesmaids and me. Britney, their salon manager even confirmed everything the week before she ultimately canceled on us... If you book with them I would just make sure you have a good back up plan since they obviously have issues managing their schedule.

I had a more than "week in advance" appointment with my stylist. After waiting for fifteen minutes, I was told it would be five minutes more. After forty-five minutes of waiting, I called my husband and had him pick me up, as I don't drive and couldn't wait further.
Not one other person walked in or out during that period of time, and I could see the Salon was having a slow day.
I think, in a service-based industry, waiting 45 minutes for a dry haircut is unacceptable.
I gave one star to Erin for getting me a glass of water.
I'm very unhappy.....
