We rescued a stray, injured, kitten during the week of Christmas. No one was available to look at the kitten, however Dr. Gill & his team said they would squeeze us in. The little soul was not chipped, and had a fractured hip. Proper surgical repair would cost apx $5K and being on limited income we could not afford this. Dr. Gill advised us that in the wild the animal would either heal with a limp or be disabled. Due to his encouragement and wisdom we chose to give the stray kitten the best care we can at home. All Creatures has been our vet for our fur babies since 2007 and we've always had nothing but excellent customer service, never had a bad experience and vowed we'd never go elsewhere but ever since the business was sold, customer service has never been the same. I have a baby blue tongue skink who has been a train-wreck of health problems, and upon a respiratory infection that got really bad out of nowhere about a month and a half ago (after inadequate treatment by a previous vet), I had to find an emergency clinic that took reptiles. These guys have been the best. They nicely explained any care problems that could've been leading to his issues, and are always happy to answer questions. I would not recommend this veterinarian. Poor customer service, failed to provide proper care to my animal, and failed to provide proper documentation of what procedures had been done. Negligentful. I requested a refund for the original amount and I was denied.
My fiance and I disputed the bank charge and the bank agreed with us.
I will be filing a complaint with the veterinarian medical board.
If anyone wants to message me regarding the situation I will be happy to share my experience.

My biggest issue ended up being that I paid to have results ASAP and it ended up taking three days to get back to me. I understand that with the season and it being busy, things make take a bit longer, but if that was the case I wouldn’t have spent the extra two hundred dollars.

My daughter's dog got attacked by a pit bull. She is a Chihuahua/Shih tzu mix. They were able to take care of her quickly. She needed stitches on her neck and ears. It was $1500.00 A few weeks later she got the stitches out and developed a hematoma in her ear. She is 12 years old and has never had a hematoma. I think there is a possibility it was from the stitches coming out of her ear but there is no way to prove that. It cost about $1400. to fix. After her operation they gave me a "Betty" collar which the assistant told me was not her size but they didn't have her size. They charged me $18.00

situation. My greyhound had very bad teeth which needed to be removed
asap. I called my regular vet as well as others and couldn't find anyone with availability to perform the extractions. Until I called All Creatures in Vallejo.
Although they were very busy, they got Rex in within a couple of days and removed most of his teeth. Which basically saved his life.
The vet isn't an upscale type of place. It's kind of funky. But the staff is awesome from the vets to all the competent

The staff was really friendly but the prices was crazy high! We were robbed. we took our Rottweiler in for an ear infection and left with a $750 bill… four weeks later he has a still has an ear infection! We are mortified that we couldn’t go inside with him or even talk with the vet. Skip this place.

Last Sunday a senior took her dog bobi to be checked and when the vet tech came out to her car to get the dog as she was picking him up the dog started to urinate and the vet tech dropped the dog and the dog ran....8 days later the heart broken senior desperate to find her companion drives over there every day calling for him ....this business has been unresponsive and now will not except her phone calls about her companion or even help to find her companion they dropped on the ground...this not only is disgusting but heartbreaking.....they are responsible for this and show no care or interest

Not sure why this place has such good reviews they are a serious joke. From forgetting about us waiting outside for our appointment to not being able to bring four lizard out to us when they knew we were waiting outside forever. The staff is extremely unorganized and have the worst excuses as to why they forgot your appointment and why they forgot to bring your animal out. We were supposed to get our reptile surgery but we will take our business to Davis.

This place sucks and they have terrible service. The two girls there were super rude. I called them ahead of time because I had found an abandoned baby kitten. They said it would be $65, I tried to explain how I had just found the kitten and they hung up on me. When I arrived they both had a stank face when I walked up to them. One girl took the kitten and I tried to explain that I don't have money on me and she just left. I called back once I was home so I can pay over phone & Then they said they gave the kitten to the animal shelter. Not possible since it had just been 10 mins since

I am about to lose my home Due to Covid and my 15 year old cat has been throwing up with diarrhea...I took her here hoping to get her relief, the doctor told me if I surrender my cat to the humane society they will get her treatment, I called the humane society and she said no, the doctor doesn’t know what he’s talking about, they are not taking… cats and if they were they don’t send the elderly cats for treatment only dogs. I was not expecting to have to pay so much for a checkup, fecal test, and nail trim on my bearded dragon. I paid twice as much as what I was quoted elsewhere, but this place got us in much sooner. the covid situation was awkward.... couldn't go in, waited outside in the "heart" of town. however, my dragon is happy and healthy, and I was happy with the care and grateful that I found an exotic vet that knew what they were doing. so some pros and cons, but overall happy with their care.

I want to share how incredibly unethical these people are. I adopted a kitten from a rescue for my four-year-old daughter's birthday and it turns out the kitten had ringworm. I took the kitten to all creatures for treatment. When they came out with the estimate included on it was a $250 panel to tell us whether or not it was ringworm. I told them that the treatment was authorized but the panel was not, given that it was clear as day that the cat was suffering from ringworm and also given that the shelter was going to be responsible for the bill. It was clear at that point that they were trying

This is the best vet clinic in town, hands down! Every member of the staff we encountered was caring, professional, attentive, and thorough. It's obvious they care more about your pet's health than they do about making money. Just look at their hours of operation. Open 7 days a week until 10:00 pm. Our previous vet was only open until 6:00 pm M-F, till 2:00 pm on Saturday, and closed completely on Sundays. If your furry loved one got sick or had an emergency outside those hours, you were both out of luck. We were able to get an appointment at All Creatures for our older cat the day after calling

Excellent service! I loved the holistic approach. I brought my dog in to get her eyes checked for any abrasions, yet the Vet was very thorough and gave really good recommendations for her care.
Mr. Corey was the hero of the day! His advice and gentle care was soo greatly appreciated.
The clinic's staff was very friendly.
Parking may be the only issue. I would just recommend planning in advance for an appointment.

Well they say the second time is a charm, as my first experience I wasn't so happy!! The Doctor called me personally and made me a happy Dog mom.. my rescue Pet was in bad shape and start of Covid I lost my Dad and things was crashing down, on top of a heavy surgery bill for her!! My heart was heavy and when the doc called me he helped my girl get the care she needed and I'm very grateful for that!! Great place to be...

I called to make an appointment for my chinchilla Bojangles, and unfortunately due to the pandemic I had to make the appointment for a week out but no fault to the staff!
Our appointment went smoothly and with great communication. Curbside always takes longer but I am so glad they are open and able to see exotics. The team that helped me and Bojangles out on 4/22 was amazing. Dr. Linville and his team of techs and the receptionist crew are amazing!

Have to Thank Dr. Gill and team during this pandemic time, for ensuring quality care to my 12 yr. old corgi, Sadie 💕🙏 she needed all of her shots, check-up and loooong awaited teeth cleaning and multiple extractions. We took our beloved cat there, we thought he had kidney stones. They fit us right in and took great care of him. Everyone was very helpful and kept us updated of his condition since he had to stay there overnight. Great prices also. Definitely would recommend them.
