Services
Mya, our studio owner, traveled back home to Utah to visit family. Mya had been living in Southern California and had developed somewhat of a hot yoga obsession. She had dreamed of opening a studio but knew that California was a saturated market. Mya assumed having a studio of her own would just be a pipe dream.
You need to register for class through MindBody. After setting up an account, you can sign up for a class. Class size is limited. Students must pre-register. There is a 4 hour cancellation policy. Our doors open 15 minutes before class begins. We recommend that you check in at least 10 minutes early.
By practicing yoga postures and breath with our bodies, we invite our minds to do the same. When we approach each other from a place of balance and strength in our own identities, we find the flexibility needed to view another's perspective. Improve balance, alignment, and flexibility all while deepening communication and connection with your partner in this sometimes challenging and always fun partner yoga class.
If you're looking to check out our studio and class offerings for the first time, look no further! This pass gives you access to all yoga classes that we offer. This unlimited pass is for new students only who have never been to our studio; cannot be combined with any other offer. It is Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, and cannot be extended for any circumstances.
Whether you're looking to try yoga for the first time or continue your growth and knowledge, we've got options to flex with your unique practice goals. Our Hot Flow is a mixture of static poses and flow yoga in a hot and humid environment to make you strong mentally and physically while maintaining flexibility and full body healing.

Keep an eye on your boyfriend!
They have these dots here that they ask you to turn over if you want adjustments but the "adjustments" are just back rubs or foot massages! If my trainer touched me like that at any other gym there would be words if not hands flying. I never saw a suvita teacher put someone in a better position or fix someone who was doing a pose wrong by the way. And the front desk is full of screaming flirts and the teachers are super handsy. This review might actually get them more business but if you like people to keep their hands off your boyfriend, stay away from this place

It is a cathartic experience for me, I've also always wanted to become flexible and even in three classes I already feel way more stretchy, and it's a community that I want to be a part of because of how open everyone is and overall non-judge mental.

I’ve tried a few different hot yoga places and I really love Suvita the most . It’s a cute little studio and you can tell every detail was thought out . I love the dimmed lighting and tranquil music in the background. The instructor does an amazing job of walking you through your yoga and I feel completely relaxed and taken care of the whole time . Be prepared to sweat ALOT ! I feel so rejuvenated after each class it’s hard not to keep rebooking !

Look at the teachers...
I've been coming here for about 4 or 5 months because it took me that long to realize that I was just dehydrating myself and NOT getting the body sculpting workout I was hoping for. At first it seemed I was doing something good for my body but after months of trying, I didn't notice any real results. But then I looked at the teachers and I realized this type of yoga is NOT a workout for getting into shape. Come here for the heat or for the socializing, but this studio's yoga practice will NOT give you the yoga bod you're looking for. So if you have a New Year's resolution

This studio is amazing. I can't say enough good things. I had never done any yoga before I started here- the instructors have always been tough but their patience, care, and critiques have helped immensely; I feel stronger and more balanced than I ever have. The staff and instructors are super personable and kind. The room is hot af and I'm addicted to the fire they cultivate every time! 🔥🧘🏼‍♂️❤️

I've been going to Suvita Hot Yoga off and on for 4 years and I love it. I like the consistency of the class flow because I can see how I've improved over time. I've experienced many different instructors, and though they are each unique I still feel their professional consistency. I feel each instructor cares about the students in the class and are all very educated on how to modify poses and make everybody feel comfortable in their body and where they are at in their practice. The studio is very clean and they practice social distancing while still being sociable. I would recommend this studio

If you're thinking about trying hot yoga or you're a seasoned yogi looking for a new studio, Suvita is the place for you. A while back I was gifted with a 10 class pass and have been hooked ever since. Each staff member is warm and welcoming the moment you walk in the door to the moment you're leaving the yoga studio dripping with sweat. Every yoga instructor I've encountered is encouraging, well-versed, mindful, and nonjudgemental which makes each yoga session an enjoyable challenge. C'mon.. Need I say more? Try it already!

I started coming to Suvita with ZERO yoga experience, I was hesitant on actually going because I did not want to look dumb. I can tell you from the first time coming I have received nothing but positive feedback from each and every teacher in that building! Each and every time I left a class coming out of the room the teacher compliments everyone and makes everyone feel so great! I had pretty severe anxiety before coming to Suvita and thought maybe this could be something to help and sure I still have anxiety I always will but I can confidently say that my anxiety went from a 10 to a 4-5 level

I have been coming to Suvita since they opened. and love it. The owner Mya is an incredible person and ensures the product and service she offers is too notch. There is now a great staff of instructors that all care about you and your practice. My friends and I bring our friends and families. They offer Sound Baths, Meditations, and classes to improve your skills. Come and give it a try! We support each other here.

I have been coming to Suvita for about a year. I had never done yoga before going to Suvita but was looking for something to help with my anxiety. The staff was so welcoming and provided guidance and a safe space to make me comfortable even as a first timer. Now a little over a year later self care has become a fixture in my busy life. The classes are a challenge both mentally and physically, but in the best possible way. Although the movements are the same, it never feels repetitive. Every single class is a new adventure. The entire staff is so great. Every time I think I have a "favorite" teacher
