This is our heart because each of us have experienced a similar story.
We offer our services in packages, as true changes cannot happen overnight. Pursuing wellness, healing and intuitive eating can take time, careful thought and evidenced based therapies. We are here to provide the expertise. Let's do this together! At this time, we do not take insurance. However, we do accept HSA credit cards.
This philosophy removes the obsession with food and wellness that prevents you from living life in the present moment, so you can live a more meaningful life. We are all about enjoying wellness, but in a way where it doesn't control your life.there's a flexibility, understanding that your body is resilient, one habit alone doesn't make or break your health.
Working with Nourishing Minds Nutrition has truly opened so many doors in my life and I am forever grateful that I came across the podcast last year. I worked with Kelsey to heal my physical body and get my period back, but so much more importantly, we worked to improve my mental flexibility and to let go of the harsh inner critic running my life.
We do not follow one specific diet or nutrition plan, we believe each individual person thrives best eating what feels best to them. We utilize the Intuitive Eating principles to support our clients to discover this. For some clients, a meal plan to ensure adequate intake is necessary before jumping into Intuitive Eating.
