Services
Basia Toczek is a Doctor of Natural Health (Traditional Naturopath) and has earned her Doctorate in Education with a specialty in Curriculum Development and Instructional Leadership (all but dissertation), her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, and is currently completing her LMHC licensure requirements.
Coaching is designed to help you transform your home, health, and life through natural and self-healing approaches. Through powerful questions and self-evaluations, you develop awareness around unproductive beliefs and behaviors that prevent you from being the best version of yourself. You also learn practical tools on how to make effective and sustainable life changes that teach you to become your own holistic life coach in the future.
Life coaching is designed to focus on day-to-day issues and challenges that are non-clinical like major depression or clinical anxiety, etc. Life coaches do not diagnose nor treat any clinical disorders, they serve as highly trained, objective motivators and accountability partners.

Therapy has a way of opening your eyes to situations you didn’t know where right in front of you. It has a way of revealing a new perspective. It’s uncomfortable. It’s hard. But, it’s definitely worth it if you want to grow, learn, and be the best version of yourself. And that’s what Basia did for me during our 1:1’s. Don’t. Just don’t. Do yourself a favor and please save your money. This Is NOT therapy. Basia needs therapy. She has absolutely no business trying to “help people.” I was put down every single session while suffering from severe Chronic Pain. Unbelievable how hateful and unprofessional this woman is. This place should be shut down.

I'm a nutrition client and regular participant in yoga and meditation classes here at MW2W. The nutrition education I received here was incredible and changed my life. I have had some fantastic experiences here during classes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and really welcoming and encouraging. I've attended some workshops here as well and they have all been excellent. I would highly recommend!

I started about a month ago and I got hooked. I've never considered how yoga can be so fulfilling. My yoga teacher is Amy and she always greets the students with the biggest smile and is radiant with positivity. The class is inexpensive and I always leave feeling happy and balanced. I highly recommend this studio.

There is something special about the team at Mindful Ways. I have been on a journey to healing for a long while now. When I found Basia and Mindful Ways to Wellness it was at a time where I needed change more desperately than ever. I was sick and anxious and malnourished and depressed.
I attended a Tibetan bowl meditation and fell in love with the way the vibrations made me feel. Finally I could tap into that “space” that openness in my mind.
I felt rejuvenated after that one hour laying on the ground, supported by props, comfortable and at peace in my own body for the first time in ages

I have been so amazed at what I have learned in my 6 weeks. Basia has helped me look into my diet and make some changes that have been pretty significant. Learning how my diet affects how I feel ; how my body reacts to what I feed it has been eye opening. Basia takes the time to personalize every step of the way. These small changes I have made to my diet have improved my sleep, increased my energy, decreased extremity swelling, and most importantly stopped some digestive issues I have had for 8plus years. I highly recommend her nutritional sessions.

I had a healing Tibetan bowl session with Basia and it was AMAZING!!! I have such a anxious mind and it just totally calmed me and made me feel soo much better it was crazy. I highly reconsider a session 5 stars for sure! And I've greatly benefited from my nutritional sessions with her and life coaching sessions! I look foroward my sessions they are the best!

I came to Mindful Ways to Wellness about two months ago, somewhat reluctantly, as I have chronic pain issues that have prevented me from doing many things. However, during my first yoga class on a Monday night, I realized I was actually capable of movement and I began to feel lighter and more at peace with myself. The Yoga wasn't what you might say a heavy workout , but I certainly felt as though I had accomplished a lot in that one hour alone. I felt more limber and my pain level was definitely reduced by the end of the class. After the yoga, there was a Tibetan Bowl Meditation, which was amazing
