Please do not waste your time or money, feels like they just lie and steal your money . It’s been two month since I was supposed to get a refund due to a lady named Maria giving us false information about our pet being allowed so we went ahead and went through with the application. I’ve been constantly trying to get our money back but it feels like a battle over money that’s not even there’s to begin with . Managers keep saying “I’ll contact corporate” honestly hope others don’t have to experience this.

When I arrived at this condo I was super happy because it was a very nice place, there is no longer a Manager who is aware of this place, it was always clean, and organized, nowadays you don't see anyone worried about this every weekend they cleaned the corridors, that doesn't exist anymore, the plants were very nice and taken care of, all of that stopped being like that since they changed the Manager, she was in February of last year, for me she was the best, if you have a problem nobody gives you solution, nobody cares, the numbers are written and their reviews are getting worse, I hope it helps

I’ve been living here since June and it’s the worse decision I’ve ever made. Maintenance is horrible, the front office is horrible, the manager has terrible customer service, the gates are always broken, my gate beeper never works and I’ve reported it to the front office months ago and nothing has been done. They have a spider problem and they charge you for pest every month but nobody comes to do pest control. They always have a 50 dollar Residential convenience fee that must be paid with your rent every month, but nothing about these apartments is convenient. They never answer the phone

I applied here was told that I was approved paid the rest of my fees. A few days later they told my I wasn’t approved so I asked for my deposit back. It’s been 4 months sent numerous emails about it haven’t heard back from anyone. Management is rude and has poor communication highly don’t recommend this place. They also evicting people even after receiving Texas rent relief payments. It’s on the news look it up

I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against this community. I’ve had multiple issues here with maintenance and the front office. They came into my apartment without permission and without a mask and left my door unlocked after leaving. They were roaming through my apartment claiming to be looking for repairs. They went into my restroom and took pictures while responding to a work order for my air conditioner. The manager tried to twist the story after I told her that I was going to file a complaint. They can not be trusted and like to be nosey and snoop into your apartment if the opportunity

I have lived here for more than a year and I’m very happy here. Maintenance issues have always been resolved in a timely manner and the entire staff here is always professional and attentive to the tenant needs and concerns. Hats off to Jonelle and her leasing staff for making my transfer to an upgraded unit seamless. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept immaculate.

Property is beautiful! My family and I have been living here for the past year and we have just loved it. My kids love swimming at the pool. The application process was smooth and the office ladies were very helpful and informative as far as the application process.
