Since I've moved here in February. I've had nothing but great experiences with Nelmes. He's very quick. He's very professional and gets the job done.Very kind individual. You couldn't ask for anyone better. Great job!

Karen Martinez (in the front office) is the absolute WORST! Be very careful around her. She is the definition of two faced.

This is one of the worst places in Rochester to rent. The management is extremely dishonest, unprofessional and some of the things they do illegal. They don't try very hard to better the apartment community and complaints are often brushed off, saying there is nothing they can do. There is broken glass scattered throughout the grounds, including the playground. Police presence is heavy around here as well. I would not waste precious time or money renting here, this place will never change for the positive. It deserves the very poor reputation it holds.

We've had a problem with our water for a long while here, and the day after I put in a work order, Nelmes was able to help us and explain exactly what was happening. Our water is all clear now, thank you so much!

This place should be your last option in Rochester area. You will regret it renting on this property. Their billing system is shady you will hv another 3 to 4 bills with the rental office on the top of your leasing bill every month. Calls of police presence everyday and unsafe place to live.

We’ve lived here for several months now and we really like it. Our building is pretty quiet for the most part. The apartments are in a great location if you need to get some shopping done. Maintenance was awesome and always responded quickly shoutout to Nelmes he was super nice and friendly and helped us with our lights. Management is always friendly, plus now that it’s summer it doesn’t hurt that there are two pools here and a gym.

Everything looks beautiful in pictures. Great discounts to move in. Low rent prices! 2 swimming pools!
Once there, you realize there are too many people and some of them like to gather in big groups outside the buildings.
If you are a people's person and like big crowds this is the place for you.
