Services
Our residential rental properties are serviced by both private and public mailboxes. If a residence is serviced by a private mailbox, it will be assigned by our property manager, and if it is a lock box, you will receive a key. If, on the other hand, your mail is to be delivered to one of the public mailboxes maintained by the postal service, they must give you a key.

Spare yourself. They won’t even tell you why you’re denied, if they don’t choose to rent to you. Just that it’s “at the owners discretion.” That’s just how they do business. To read the comments and learn that the person I was working with is the son of the owner just makes me feel even more gross about their company.

Tbh they put like 3500 on my credit saying I damage the apartment wen I didn't I just moved out an didn't renew my lease with them son is most definitely rasict I'm a white man an I heard him say some pretty harsh things about people I would not recommend living over there they come in ur house unannounced always snooping around old out dated applicances roaches old shaggy carpet please stay away

I have had a great experience with Craftsmen properties. I see several reviews have mentioned roaches, and yes we do see roaches from time to time. But they are not German cockroaches (the big ones) and I have lived in the area long enough to know that it is normal and expected to see a few roaches. They have not been a problem. My ac has gone out a couple times and Linda always sends someone out right away to get it taken care of. She is easy to contact and quick to respond. They really seem to care about their tenants. I have recommended them to several friends.

I'd like to start by saying the only reason I'm giving Craftsmen Properties one star is because it wouldn't let me give them 0. Craftsmen Properties is hands down the worst place I've lived in since I've been in Texas. When my boyfriend and I first came to checkout the apartment (apartment 6) everything seemed great, the kitchen was a little outdated but we were informed of that before we checked it out. Two days later we moved in and literally as I was putting our groceries into the fridge we had our first sighting of the roaches that would be seen everyday for the next year. I knew we didn't

Renting from them was great until it was time to move. I rented and lived in one of their apartments for over 4 years. Everything was fine between us. I always paid my rent. When it was finally time to move we put in our 30 day notice. They immediately started harassing us to hurry and get out even though we paid for the entire months rent. Almost on a daily basis we had a call from them asking us to get out. Finally we told them by law we had until the end of the month to leave since we paid for the entire month! They retaliated by removing all of our belongings and changing the locks on the door

I have rented from Craftsman Properties for the last 2 1/2 years. They are WONDERFUL! Yes, Scott, Robert's son, can be a little straightforward when he talks with tenants, but his father, Robert (the owner) is an absolute delight. This has been, by far, the best rental experience I have had. I continue to rent from them to this day. I have never once had a problem with them. If you treat them with respect, they return the favor.
