So after Morris Real Estate said they called their maintenance guy and informed him that he was taking my trashcan,He still took it again.I immediately called them and spoke to the same lazy male and his response was well he says thats his trashcan so we need proof.I told him well we can three way the city of Killeen and his lazy response was we are very busy.I said well you can send someone out here to see that he clearly has my trashcan again and have the owner of this duplex call the city of Killeen him/herself to confirm.He basically kept rejecting any way of getting the issue resolved and

Critical: Professionalism
Horrible company to go through I put in multiple work orders and nothing Gaga’s been fixed there excuse is I never answer my phone but they fail to leave a message or update the work order. I also stated they may enter the property when I am not there and still nothing is being fixed.

We had a great experience as tenants for a little over a year. Move in was an easy process with the application and lease signing. We had two work orders throughout our time renting, and it was usually a same day or next day response with someone coming out almost immediately to fix anything. Every communication we’ve had with the company was always met with professionalism and reassurance. The move out process was also very easy with clear terms in our lease and checklist.
