Hunters Glen Apartments

I don’t have any issues yet with my apartment but I can say that my move in process was pretty smooth due to the front office. My issues I did have were addressed and handled pretty quickly. I am appreciative anytime I can get answers. It seems pretty quiet except for the one yellow Camaro or corvette that this guy drives around at full blast bass and everything. Ppl seem nice and to themselves, no one bothers anyone. I will say that the only annoying thing is parking is at a premium, especially near building 7.

Our apartment restrooms always smell like weed thanks to the people that live on top of us , we can’t use the restroom to shower our little girls and have to use the kitchen sink, we have put in our complaints but nothing changes .

Place was ok at first, but summer is almost over, the management will not open the pool, although every place around with a pool is open. Trash gets collected, noisily at 3 am, car got broke onto twice , lawn gets better care than most, hope you like the soothing sound of leaf blowers. I would recommend a tent instead

The managers are all pleasant and kind. The convenience of having walmart a short walk away, along with Starbucks and others, is helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond. The brand new carpet was absolutely lovely! It's a quiet little complex come night time. I ended up with the perfect porch for my aloe vera to get all the sun it needed!

I love love love this place lived here for about a year and I wouldn’t be leaving if we didn’t need a garage. Great location, awesome staff, quick maintenance. We are so sad to be leaving because they really took care of us here.

First off my son got an apartment which him and myself went in and got the apartment TOGETHER which I was never on the lease but the office clearly knew that. I signed the lease renewed the lease everything, anything needed done I did I stayed there over a year right in front of the office. They spoke was all friendly and everything. So when my husband came along they complained about his talking him being a vet and all. The maintenance watched every move you make to run and tell everything. Even caught the manager at our window listening to what was going on in our house. But I wonder if they

My wife and I have lived here for almost a year. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. It's an old building but Maintenance issues were promptly resolved. Would really recommended.

Lived there over 10 months. The apartments are roach infested!! Asked numerous times to spray the entire building. Never did. I had the hardest time getting rid of them from my furniture when I left! Had a leak in the ceiling almost the entire time over the toilet. Promised to pain and never did. The hot-tub never worked. Scrubbed the whole apartment (cleaner than moved in) and still getting charged over $300 to get it cleaned, and did not get any deposit back. Word to the wise, do not move in this place no matter how low the rent is.
