Stone Hill Apartments

The apartment space is great for what I payed. Pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, couldn't stay do to issues with my BAH. The manager meet with my leadership and was able to help me out. Neighbors were friendly. All and all. If I could choose a place to live I would definitely consider them. If you do move in, I highly advise getting text updates from the managers, they are very good at keeping you apprised of what is going on in and around you place. Only two grips, the laundy room could use some updates, or make washer and dryer hookups available in all apartments. A little less

I went to Stone Hill looking for an apartment. Although they had nothing available, they were really helpful and kept me updated on availability.

I didn't wanna write more but...how could u let someone live in the apartment for over 3 years if he is not on lease?? It's still ur management fault miss lena.and the plumber didn't fix the knob until yesterday u can ask him too if I'm lying.thanks to miss Lauren she was helpful

I moved into stone Hill about two months ago. The move in process was really easy. So far the apartment complex is great! I would definitely recommend the complex! Briana@ stone hill

Hello I'm Ali khan i been living here from last 3 years always pay rent on time I went To office to report issues 3 time and it's been 3 weeks my shower knob is broken and I have to use plier every time I take shower they have slow workers can't fix shower.
then they ask me to pay $50 and fill the lease form again which I already have 2 ppls on the lease.I would say that all they just care about money not their residence

I love the convenience of having 2 of everything on property. I have access to 2 pools, 2 Laundry Facilities and most importantly 2 dog parks. My cute little chihuahua loves running around the dog park. The laundry room on the gray side has a pet wash station. All I have to do is bring my own soap. Not having to leave property to give Barbie a bath is awesome!!!

I haven’t lived here, thank god. If they treat tenets the same way they treat potential renters I’m glad it didn’t happen. I reached out to a leasing consultant and they told me they would get back with me after I had a question regarding their policies. That was over a month ago and no one has contacted me.

LADIES BEWARE!!!! THIS IS LONG BUT PLEASE READ!! When I tell you this place is garbage, I'm actually insulting the garbage. Sadly and horrifically my daughter endured an attack I would never wish upon any woman. The incident occurred in one of the community areas one late evening. To add insult to injury I called the office on my daughter's behalf to report the incident and in an effort to discuss things I requested to come by and speak in person. The woman that greeted us at the door stood there looking all types of annoyed because I was asking to speak with whom I spoke On the phone

This property has been nothing but amazing to me! I love the community and maintenance has really been there to fix any and all work orders i have submitted! Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond! I am so happy to have moved here!

If I could give zero stars I would! My sister moved in a little over a month ago. To our shock and horror, last week, she was violated and attacked behind the dumpster closest to the front of the complex. All she was doing was throwing out her trash!! It was poorly lit and there are no security cameras on the property. While reporting the incident, it was advised to let them know of what happened so it may possibly avoid this happening to someone else. When speaking to the woman in the front office, she proceeded to victim blame my sister, say in not so many words that it was her fault and they

I am not to thrilled with stone hill but it is not the management I am unhappy with.
My major issue has been noise from neighbors. this is an ongoing battle. I will say this, although I am not happy with where I am currently living, this is not the management's fault, they are caught in between really bad people at times.
They have tried everything to stop this neighbor from playing loud music and that on its own has made things tolerable thank you.
They have been working hard to update and refurbish the buildings that were severely damaged by the winter storm and they look really nice

Biggest joy or key points; the residence are really friendly. Staff members have all ways been really caring, hard working, dedicated and supportive. Especially during these difficult times.! We are stone hill strong!

If i could give zero starts. i can say that cassidy is an amazing person and she actually tries to understand the new woman they made assistant manager "shaena" she is highly disrespectful and does not things done of course was. She refuses to respect me and give me a feeling no female or male would want to see that person trying to flirt that your husband. She is completely unprofessional. this part it really start to make me really or because im not the type to bash but the simple fact i told her MANAGER and no hint yet has been happen to the girl, and i've lived here since december

Overall everyone has been helpful. No serious issues . When I call they take care of it and then some . My car got towed and a portion of it was their fault and mostly mine but they corrected it just because. I just moved here from a one bedroom that I paid $1200 a month for . And these are no where near that . So for the price I pay living here I'm content and have no complaints .

I love being here at Stonehill. I've been here for almost 2 years. It's a great starter apartment. I appreciate Cody for enforcing rules, that weren't enforced before. They are very understanding when it's comes to rent, and things wrong in the apartment.

Horrible experience. I remember when I first moved in I wrote a review about the roach problem the manager came knocking on my door the next morning about my review, saying "you know it's hot outside they're just trying to find some water" what??? So that excuses this horrible bug problem??? They tried to violate my lease ATLEAST 5 times! I kept getting accused of someone living with me because I guess your significant other isn't allowed in the apartment at all? Lol. One time one of my friends was walking my dog on the OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPLEX, a stray pit was messing

Ever since me and my family have moved in here, it's been nothing but a maintenance nightmare. Never have I ever experienced this type of unsanitary, unprofessional , inconsiderate type of service as I have experienced here at these apartments. Be warned if you don't want to get sick or your kids get sick and you don't want a high stress level experience with living conditions, I advise you to look elsewhere for a better life. Doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment you will STILL have roaches, my apartment is ALWAYS clean and humongous cockroaches still appear even after bombing the apartment several times. Don't refer anyone, you won't get the referral bonus. Break ins, I've had my door kicked in and apartment robbed since I've been here. I am a current tenant. The buildings are old and have been very poorly maintained. I submitted multiple work orders 2 weeks ago from today's date (21July16) and none of them have had any work done to them. In fact they closed out the work orders saying they were completed 4 days ago knowing that nothing had been done to fix the issues. I complained to the manager to which she told me someone from maintenence would come by later in the day to fix the issues (leaking & electrical issues) however no one ever came by. Not a place I would recommend, that managers are actually very rude and unhelpful 1 man disrespectful I almost cussed him out, but unfortunately kept my bearing. They're more of an apartment complex that tries to get money outta you. Not one to be there for the tenants, but there for themselves.
