New Braunfels Leasing and Property Management, LLC is a third party real estate management company representing various properties owned by individual owners/investors. The office is owned and operated by Curt Leonhardt, our full-time property manager. Before going into business for himself, Curt was the property manager for Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper Realtors, Inc. in both the corporate office in San Antonio and later in New Braunfels.
What a great house right on the River! I took my girlfriend and some friends here for a weekend surprise Bday celebration, and we had such a great time. You are literally a two minute walk away from a floating company, so its easy to have fun on the river. The house is extremely clean and spacious, and we had no problem comfortably enjoying the space with 6 adults.

The Village of Gruene Condos is a gorgeous complex that looks over the legendary Guadalupe River. These individually owned condos are fully furnished with linens, bath towels, bathroom amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. Gruene is very well known for the Famous Gruene Hall, the oldest Dance Hall in Texas.
Water Wheel is a beautiful condo complex on the Guadalupe River. Rentals include one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/two bath, and 3 bedroom/two bath units, each with a fully equipped kitchen and a private outside balcony. The property features 2heated swimming pools and 2 large hot tubs for registered condo guests.

I rented a home from New Braunfels Leasing for 7.5 years and was a model tenant. Every 6 months the leasing agent would do a walk through of my home and it was always spotless and in great condition. Last month, October 2020, I was notified that my rent was being increased by $245 a month. In April 2020, I had asked for a rent decrease of only 20 percent due to my employment situation during the pandemic...I was refused the decrease.
In October 2020, the owner had the foundation leveled and two weeks later, I get a letter stating my rent increase.

My husband and I have stayed here the last few years with a great experience. We always stay in c212. This trip our stay was not up to a 5 star review. I would have liked it namely to be clean and somewhat updated. At 300 bucks a night plus a $100 cleaning fee -that it would be just that-CLEAN! I don't expect perfect but for the price we paid at least be properly dusted, swept, mopped and trash picked up. These are my complaints. Took my shoes off at the door, walking into the kitchen the floor felt gritty and sticky, 15 minutes in my feet were black. In the kitchen- 3rd plate in cabinet was covered

Brook deals with our rental she has always been great. We however would not recommend this agency at all. 3 years and 27038.00 later we were given a surprise 30 day ‘intent not to renew lease’ after complying about an ongoing issue that was never fixed. Needless to say I did not find anywhere fast enough and 4 days after we were supposed to have moved Curt, the owner showed up at our door shaking telling us we need to get out and basically wouldn’t leave till I was balling. So the staff is great the company/owner not so much

Absolutely horrible customer service during "after hours". Constantly feel like I'm given the run around and don't know who I can rely on. Haven't had AC in the past two days and was told it was fixed. Am I not a customer (tenant)? Am I not due some respect? Turn off your AC and tell me how damn pleased you are!

They have horrible customer service. We called to ask for a home they had for lease hoping they could show the same day we called and were told that they didn't have anyone or anything scheduled for showing that day. So then, denise calls back and said she would show us the home though since we were in the area. We met within thirty mins. of calling the first time. Showing up to the home two other people were there to view the home as well. We thought how strange that they showed up when we were just told that they weren't going to be showing it. We went and shared a 2 bedroom at 375 S. Gilbert Ave and the furnishings inside are very nice...full kitchen, TV in living room (none in bedrooms), no stereo that we saw. Great view from our upstairs deck. Upon check-in we were suppose to find our car pass and wrist bands but none were there. We called and a gentlemen promptly bought them to us. We all donned our wristbands but upon going to my car (someone had already been asking in the parking lot where our credentials were) to put the car pass on the dash I notice it expired the day we arrived...not the day we were to check out. This company has horrible customer service, specifically Karina and Sarah. They made me feel like it was no big deal for their mistake and they were not concerned with customer satisfaction. I had a trip planned with this company but decided to cancel due to the flooding. I was advised that I would be refunded within 72 hrs and I waited for them to refund the money for 5 days. The company acted like it was no big deal that we were inconvenienced by their mistake. I was then advised that I wouldn't be refunded the full amount per the contractual agreement, which would be understandable if they held
