Inverness Condos

It may have been Expedia but the place that was pictured was not the place that we ended up with. The river is always a great place to be and this is right on the river about a 30 minute float from the last exit. The pull out was not sleepable and parking was challenging.

My family and I (all adults) stayed at a property next door that basically shares a parking lot with Inverness. We misunderstood direction from our leasing agency that we could also use the Inverness pool. The issue is we went to the pool on Friday afternoon and had really nice time - no issues, everyone at the pool was friendly. However, when my sister-in-law went back on Saturday, we were confronted by two property security guards who told us we had to leave. We explained what the leasing agency told us and that we were there the day before with no issues. One of the guards said he needed to

This was a convenient place to stay and served it's purpose. As far as the condo goes, the beds we're horrible, like sleeping on plywood. The shower dripped all the time and could not be shut off. That's all the "bad" stuff. The great part is being on the river. There are grills and picnic tables with access to the comal river. If you float the comal, this is a great way point to get out and have some lunch and refill the cooler. Lots of friendly people down on the river in the evening for good conversation. I would stay here again.

This is the best condo property in New Braunfels, hands down! Huge water frontage area with pool, hot tubs & layout chairs and there is a large deck with patio furniture overlooking the Comal river. Everything is updated in the building as well as in the unit we like to stay in (A313). Its across the street from Schlitterbaun and walking distance or short drive to the town square.

We have stayed here several times, usually nice. But this time pool and hot tub wasn't clean....beds in unit 302 were terrible, couch had more support.

Absolutely the worst parking , which they have off duty cops there just to enforce, which you will understand later.... you better bring only 1 car ! This will be a continuous issue the whole time your there, just be aware of that

Great Location, Have stayed at Unit A313 3 times and I will be back, it is better and cleaner than ever with the 2 freshly remodeled bath rooms and the new showers. The kids love being able to enjoy the pool and it is a great location to float the river or walk to the water park. Very near to all restaurants and bars.

Great condo (Unit 102)! Great location on the river! Unit 102 was well appointed, updated, and had everything we needed. Would stay here again & use River City Resorts to book again.

Great location, great place to stay. We used a Home Away rental here and the place was awesome. You can walk to the park to get in at the top of the tube shoot and then get out when you're back here at home. You're only hitting the fun parts of the river, past Inverness the river slows down and crawls to the finish - upstream are all the rapids and tube shoots.
