The largest of our New Braunfels villas, Cabernet Villa has three bedrooms, each with a king size bed. It also has three bathrooms, one of which has a claw foot tub and separate shower, and one which has a steam shower, guaranteed to relax. There is a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and stereo, and comfortable leather couches.
The Merlot Villa is decorated in rich, warm wine tones. Each of the three bedrooms includes a comfortable queen-size bed and private bathroom. The cozy living room includes a large TV and plush seating, and leads directly to the stylish eat-in kitchen, full of amenities. The Merlot Villa also features two outside verandas with rocking chairs for ultimate relaxation.
The coziest of our villas in New Braunfels, Chardonnay Villa is a romantic two bedroom, with two baths. One bathroom has a relaxing whirlpool tub with separate shower. Each shower has a charming window overlooking the private, fenced garden. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with an island. Chardonnay has a fountain and private deck for our guests, that leads to the pavilion.
At a population of just under 60k, New Braunfels may be thought of as a small town; it's variety of restaurants, night life and shopping; however, offers big choices in places to eat, shop and relax. Local favorite restaurants, evening entertainment and combination of unique as well as big store shopping provide visitors with all the essentials plus much, much more.

7/2021 Less than ideal. Many rooms had tv and dressers removed. Remaining TVs had non-functioning remote controls. Not sure the place was actually cleaned before we arrived. Trash under beds and in closets/drawers. Trash bins were completely full. We had to take previous renters completely fill trash bins to the street days into our stay. Unfortunately the experience was not the “5” I have given it in all of our previous stays.

OMG THE BEST I was a bit upset because outdoor trash cans were full BUT after calling property managers we soon understood trash is picked up on thursdays so it was good they were so nice and I'm not kidding when I say we have over 40 people in our group and they all rented houses all around us and they ALL want to book this PROPERTY FOR THEIR next stay. It is SO NICE and HAS EVERYTHING we rented all 3 houses so we had the entire property 8 beds 8 baths AND 3 houses and it holds way more. They told us it had 6 parking spots but it can hold way more if u get entire property I will honestly

Our family rented the Chardonnay and Merlot cottages for the weekend (11 people). It was comfortable and lovely in every way. While it is summer, the outdoor seating was quite pleasant in the evenings for games and family time together (with multiple rotating fans). The manager was very responsive and we would definitely recommend to others.
