On the Go Fitness Pro started back in 2016. After 10 years of personal training, David found himself too busy to take on new clients an decided to build a team to help change lives. The On the Go Fitness Pro team was picked by David to meet his standards of training. The health and fitness professionals on staff are certified personal trainers with years of experience.
One of our primary driving forces in offering our service is to be as convenient for our clients as possible. We realize that by eliminating the typical hassles of getting fit and being healthy, our clients are more likely to stick with it and create successful, life-long habits. This is why we offer in-home service, where we come to your home.

Do your biggest priorities keep you so busy that you can't even spare the time it takes to get to the gym?. Have you ever longed to find a way to work out, but you can't because you are stuck in the house?.
Have you tried a personal trainer, only to be demoralized when you were sore for days after the workout?. When you do in-home yoga with one of our instructors they will guide you through a series of movements that will help relax mentally and physically.

On The Go Fitness Pro runs an excellent personal training business! The company was very communicative and has been really attentive to my fitness needs. My trainer really has helped me improve my lifts, form, and wellness practices. I would highly recommend if you enjoy working out at home and hate going to the gym. I have worked in person with The owner David Nickum and he created an incredible program tailored for my size and weight. I am a musician and have tendonitis. David and his company created a plan that allows me to tone, without straining my wrists too much. Now in quarantine, they have sent me remote fitness plans and we zoom for sessions that work out great. Highly, highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

I have been working with David Nickum for about 5 years now... maybe more. Currently we are doing our sessions through Zoom due to the pandemic. I have been very happy with his services. He has great advise. He is a voracious reader and constantly updates his fitness information. He has also been very flexible in scheduling. He comes up with good exercises when I’ve injured myself as well. All around this has been a great service.

David is incredibly knowledgeable and holds me accountable for food and exercise on my own. He knows what I need to do to improve my fitness and he designs my workouts around those needs. He provides great motivation in his encouragement in each session. In - home training is really the only way to go... I can't get out of the workouts if they are in my own house!

I could not recommend On the Go Fitness more highly. I knew I needed to do something to change my life and lifestyle. I was overweight, stressed and never found any time to go to a gym or workout due to my schedule. I was not healthy. I also needed the motivation that comes with a personal trainer. I started working with an On The Go Fitness Pro about 6 months ago and it has made a huge difference in my life. They come to you! It's so convenient. This is one of the best things my husband and I have ever done. If you've ever come home from work and decided you're not going to workout because you're too tired, then this is your perfect exercise program. The expert training cannot be beat. We loved working out with Peter. It's not a cheap gym membership - you get what you pay for.

They are extremely knowledgeable, able to customize workouts to help you reach your goals while working around any physical restrictions you may have. David's training program is top notch. To start with he is professional, courteous and understanding. He is always on time, in fact he is usually early...When it comes to training, David will push you and encourage you. There is never a dull moment in his session, his workouts are not flat and stagnant, we are always trying new workouts. Lastly Davids knowledge is second to none, he has never left a question of mine un-answered. David is great! I highly recommend him to everyone interested in a personal trainer.
