I've had 3 trainers in my life (including my teen years). Anis is the only trainer I've had who I can say that I feel listens to me, and what I want to accomplish. Do we agree all the time? Hell no. But Anis is the only trainer I've had who is willing to open a dialogue with me. To hear me out and listen (truly listen) to where I'm coming from. And sometimes we do have to agree to disagree. But I'm ok with that.
The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because it's my personal belief that there's always something that can be improved upon. Yes, I'm aware that always is one of the dangerous words
