Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I lived at one of their buildings in San Francisco for about 3 years. The building manager Meghan was amazing! Always super responsive and friendly! Whenever I had any maintenance issues she was on it and made the move in and move out process so easy. I loved living in the building, it was a great location and great service

* Poor sound insulation. On the first floor, you can hear almost constant footsteps, furniture being moved, voice, television, etc. from the upstairs unit. These are just normal daily activities but it is more irritating than other apartments we have lived in. Although everyone is required to purchase a carpet, no one is checking or enforcing it. It should be the responsibility of the property management/owner in controlling the noise, not us tenants.
* The apartments are quite small for the price
* The apartment manager is not very responsive

We stayed here for two years.
Pros -
* The apartment manager, Lindsay, was pretty responsive and got things fixed in a reasonable time frame.
* The mail box and laundry rooms are fairly close by. The laundry room is usually available and I've rarely encountered anyone else using the washer/dryer when I wanted to do laundry. The prices are pretty fair too ($1.50 for washing, $1.75 for drying IIRC).
* There is no guest parking on the complex. However, there was plenty of parking on Alameda.
* Rent is negotiable. We were able to get our rent lowered by $200 when it came time to renew
