Buyer/renter BEWARE!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We live on the east coast of Florida and have a business on the west coast in Sarasota. We rented this apartment for when we are over there to avoid hotels during covid. Out of the year and a half that we had the place, we maybe stayed there a total of 20-30 days. The apartment had barely been used or lived in for that matter. When we visited, it was only for a day or two to check on the business. It pretty much stood vacant the majority of time but we were in a lease so we stood by it. We had a house cleaner come every two-three

Beautiful complex. Very well maintained. The pool is resort like, but good luck trying to enjoy it on the weekends. Every weekend there are large groups with rowdy kids, loud music, taking over the entire pool area. Not enjoyable at all. The common areas are for all of the tenants to use. We have stopped going to the pool area on the weekends as it is far from relaxing. We have been here over a year and it was not like this 6 months ago. Now it is impossible to enjoy the amenities we are paying for due to the same people disrupting the area every single weekend. Don’t even think about using the

Not sure why it takes writing a bad review to hear back from anyone in the office. I noticed that I was double charged rent for the month of August. I called into the office on the morning of 8/5 as well as emailed the property manager Michelle. I have continued to reach out almost daily leaving voicemails on their main office line as it is almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. I am yet to receive a call or email back from anyone there as of 8/13.
This is not the first time I have had difficulty getting ahold of someone from the office, yet mysteriously when I post a negative review

I’ve been here a year and I feel like I’m living on a resort. The management is excellent and the amenities are awesome. This is luxury living at its best

I’ll love to live here since a couple of family members moved during COVID. I’m obsessed with how clean they are. Comfortable, open and safe.
Staff members are amazing: they’re very kind and they care about every single little detail of the surroundings. It’s amazing to see people loving their job. And they also dress so good all the time.
Pool is amazing. Kids can have a lot of fun but adults too, and you can see the whole thing without somebody missing.
Grilling area is always clean even though there’s people constantly using it (specially my family, LOL). I love the mindset they

I am SO pleased with my decision to make this place my new home!! The amenities are incredible and the private yoga room in the gym with the preloaded videos is a dream! I love how conveniently hi tech everything is! The fob to get in my front door makes it so easy to not have to juggle everything trying to unlock my door and the package receiving system they have makes me so comfortable. Brian in the office is literally the nicest and most thorough person I have ever met in my life and the manager Michelle definitely has this place at 110% at all times. Definitely recommend, I love it here!!!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT, THIS WILL BE THE EASIEST PLACE TO GET IN TO!!!!!
I had my identity stolen and this individual was able to obtain a lease in my name just by applying online. If there was a basic background check conducted, then they should have easily noticed something was a miss. There was never a credit inquiry that notified me of anything , my employer was never contacted and my employment was never verified. Basically no indication that this was happening to me until I get a collections bill for thousands of dollars.
