Does not enforce policies consistently across the board (BBQ grill violations). Fire department found 5 fire code violates when performing a "fire check" when the outdoor A/C unit above caught on fire (they have yet to address a month later) and kitchen sink has backed up 4-5 times when not at home (unit above running dishwasher) since April 2017. I am pretty sure management will know exactly who I am if they read this.
