I do not recommend this place. The rent is extremely expensive for old outdated and poor condition kitchen, bathroom, and appliances. Then when you move out they will charge you for every little thing even though it was in poor condition to begin with.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst place I have ever lived. The management company is absolutely terrible. They’re nasty and rude, and they are extremely shady. Don’t know how they are still in business. They have a terrible raccoon problem, they’ll charge you for valet trash but no one will actually come get your trash, they take days or longer to respond to maintenance requests, and they won’t even properly clean your place to code when you have smoke damage from a fireplace that THEY did not clean. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

This place is truly a disappointment! Leasing office is a joke! They do not communicate anything whatsoever. Try to call about things they need to take care of LEGALLY and they ghost you. Cannot respond to emails or phone calls. Horrible trash problem when the raccoons get to it. Place is not properly insulated which causes HVAC to work double time. Have found brown recluses in every room. Toilets do not flush properly. Tubs do not drain. Came to “fix” it and they didn’t accomplish anything. Had smoke damage to our apartment due to the complex not cleaning the chimney

I have not even moved yet, but I am frustrated with the staff. The apartment I saw was listed to be available to move in on 11-27, then I got a call that it will be available by 12-1. After that there was no communication, and today I got confirmation that I can only move by 12-3. The staff really lack in communication. If only I had more time for my move, I would prefer a different place

Really enjoy the locate and style of these apartments! The service out here isn't the greatest, but I have a great view of the woods and a small creek, which makes me feel secluded- so I'll take it! Though is beautiful view does lead to a ton of stink bugs, but if you're cool with bugs no issue, haha!! Maintenance is also quick to complete any requests you submit, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other complexes I've lived in. They also have washer and dryers in unit, that was hard to come by in a lot of other places I searched. Overall it's been a good experience.

It’s fantastic here. This is the finest apartment with lot of space and indoor swimming pool available for this rent in St.Louis. I have friends living in other communities doesn’t have very well maintained apartments like this. Most of service requests are being attended and fixed on the same day or very next day at the most.

Amenities are beautiful but staff is extremely slow to respond. Some staff members are very unprofessional and rude. Takes days, sometimes weeks for them to respond or for management to take care of maintenance requests. Trash at mail stations piles up and spills all over the place. Steps and roads are not taken care of in the winter when it snows. Pool is nice, but that’s it! Avoid this place!

My experience so far with both the staff and with the apartment is 100 times better than my last. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance comes in a timely manner and gets it done! Very quiet and I love it.

We enjoy our home! We have always received courteous and prompt service when maintenance issues occur. It’s nice and quiet. The neighbor’s are respectful and very family oriented. The pool is fantastic!
Only complaint: I’d rather not be forced to pay for valet trash pick-up.

2nd lease signed in my little slice of heaven. Never have I been happier in the place I choose to call home. From the office staff to the AMAZING service / maintenance staff who keep the wheels turning and keep our apartments safe to live in. A big shout out to Mike and Chase who consistently show up whenever I enter a ticket. You guys are amazing. Thank you for all that you do.

Overall in the year I lived there I did not experience the “luxury” apartment I was paying for. I lived in a two bedroom renovated apartment. The day we moved in the air conditioner did not work of course they were eager to “fix” the problem and told me that my air was disconnected in the attic and the attic was full of cold air. After they “fixed” this problem my air conditioning never worked again causing all of electric bills to be exceptionally high. Not to mention all of the amenities were closed almost the entire time I lived there. My patio was marked to be remade but was never

I’m not one to leave reviews or blatantly trash people online. But my experience living here forced me to do this, because I never want someone to go through what my roommate and I did. 1) The staff that works there is a complete joke. Throughout my 15 month lease, there was about 3-4 (being gracious with that estimate) different “managers” to… contact. I only know this because our problems were so neglected that we were forced to attempt to speak to a manager every time. Every time we did, we got a new manager that was not even caught up to speed about any of the problems

I've recently signed my second lease with Westmont because of Tammy George. She has assisted me along the way with different situation during my first 6 months here. The apartment setting is nice. Units are not on top of each other, I don't hear the neighbors, many have nice views. Having concierge trash pick up is really nice, too.

Since we move here August 2018 there’s a never ending CONSTRUCTION up to now DECEMBER days before CHRISTMAS. Renovation keeps on going and residents would just have to deal with the inconvenience according to management. It could have been much appreciated if they give residents a heads up for up coming construction that way we do not have to wake up 8AM from all the hammering and loud noises. Obviously they can’t even look after their own residents. Extremely DISAPPOINTING.

Terrible! When I moved in I was handed my keys, asked if I knew where it was, and sent away. No information, no inspection, nothing. Months later I get a call that I'm missing things in my file, no way! My refrigerator was broken, though they did fix it after I called twice. My dishwasher is broken and they refuse to fix it no matter how many… times I call. I've found 2 mice (and I live on the 3rd floor). My screen door was broken when I moved in. My porch light has faulty wiring. And then the best part, I lost my job and asked if it was possible to pay a fee and move out early. They said
