Outside of the occasional domestic disturbance you won't see police here much which is nice. The security gate has been broken for the last 4 years and the big beautiful pool in the back for 3 years so don't be fooled by their advertising.
It's a fine enough place for starting out but don't live here longer than you have to.

I wish I could give zero stars…my lease is up on December of 2021, I wish I could leave much sooner…my fridge was broken so I called then and I had to wait two weeks before they finally decided to fix it…and I still have mold in here after I had to wait about three months for them to come assess the issue and they only removed two spots. I wish I knew how to get them out of business because they shouldn’t be getting paid in my opinion.

My experience with watermark at Baytown apartments have been nothing but AMAZING! They are polite, professional and they see to it that your needs are met. The community itself screams “I have to live here” it’s very well kept clean, neat and put together… oh and I can’t leave out the maintenance…. Very fast and again they see to it that tenants needs are met, if you run into a problem the manager herself will definitely set it straight. Whenever you’re in the neighborhood stop by I guarantee that they will take good care of you but hurry because they are filling up very fast

Please do not move here the just lie to your face about fixing stuff in your apartment and don’t my beaker been broke for about a week and can’t used my stove and mold been growing in in my apartment for about 2 moths and I told the office and sent pics on may 19 2021 and now it’s still mold and it June 17 2021
