As someone who struggled with weight throughout his childhood and early teens, Daniel is a health and wellness professional that is particularly well suited to understand many of the difficulties encountered by individuals seeking his help. Daniel's fitness journey began while in graduate school, where he discovered that running was a great way to relieve stress.
Our session will take place either online (non-WV residents only) or in a spacious and fully equipped gym in Bridgeport, WV. We'll start off with me getting to know you better: your fitness goals, past struggles, exercise & nutrition history and any medical issues or concerns that you may have.
Then we'll move on to the assessment, this will allow me to gain a deeper understanding of your current fitness level and to determine the proper and safe starting point for the exercise portion of your program.After the assessment, we'll go through your first workout which will last about 30 minutes, after which I'll outline the program that will place you on the fast track to obtaining your fitness goals!
