My 18 year old son is autistic and needed exercise. I'm so glad I reached out to Nathaniel. This company doesn't specialize in helping the special needs community, but the trainers Nathaniel paired my son with we're fantastic and my son felt comfortable with them. Furthermore, Nathaniel was always accessible by text and made communicating easy. My son definitely built fitness and also slept better at night.

Type A has been a wonderful experience. Before the pandemic, when doing in-person sessions, my trainer Lexis was incredible - quickly assessed my levels, worked with me on my goals, got me onto a great program and was seeing results. He was equally fantastic when we moved into remote sessions, and it's been a really wonderful journey. I've lost 50 pounds - yep! while in lockdown - and improved all my vitals, and have gotten so much stronger, all while on a program that works within my lifestyle. Can't recommend lexis and Type A highly enough.

Type A training has been amazing. Nathaniel is super responsive and helpful. They have great trainers who really push you and are great people in general. It's much more convenient than heading to the gym and back (30-45 min vs. 2 hours). I've worked out with them 3x a week during COVID and they've kept me healthy and sane.

I've had a great experience with Type A so far! I discovered them via google and Nathaniel found me a trainer, Ruthy, who has been an excellent match for me. I started working with Ruthy over 6 months ago for my wedding. She got me in amazing shape - I felt so confident and strong in my dress! I have continued working with Ruthy because I was so happy with all my progress. I work with a Ruthy 1-2x per week for 45 minutes at the gym in my apartment building. Ruthy really listens to what I am looking for, is highly motivating and very professional. Communication is clear and easy. Highly recommend

I've been working with Type A Training for a few years now. When I began with the team, I was coming off of a lower back injury -- the, dedication and care that went into my personalized workout got me back in shape while strengthening my core and alleviating all pain.
Currently, I work with Sigal who has changed my body. I have muscles!!! Who knew?!? She works with my busy schedule and makes sure I stay on track between workouts. I have never had luck with training or enjoyed working out ... not anymore! I am hooked!

Christina is an INCREDIBLE trainer. As someone who has worked with trainers in the past, she is as good as it gets. I haven't been able to train for a few months due to work, but can't wait to reconnect with her ASAP. She is great at giving health and wellness advice, provides fun and challenging workouts, and motivates me through the 45 minutes I would usually find unenjoyable. Definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I have been training with Nathaniel for over a year now and he is the best! I'm in my 40s and I feel strong and good about my body for the first time. I am a very lazy person so I need to be motivated. Nathaniel's training is always different and challenging. He gives me advice on nutrition and when I am away he gives me a routine to do on my own. Excellent personal training! We found Type A Training on Google and are so happy we decided to try it out. My girlfriend and I have done both individual and couples sessions, and it has changed our lives. Intense 45-minute workouts at our home gym are perfect for our busy schedules. Nathaniel has been great about working around our neck, back, and foot issues. After a year with Type A Training, we both feel happier, healthier, and stronger. Can't recommend highly enough.

Amazing trainers! I had torn my ACL last year and needed someone to help me gain my strength back in my legs and Miriam was great! She tried so many different exercises to see how she could help me strengthen without hurting or putting pressure in my knee! She helped me get motivated and pushed me but moved at a pace I was comfortable with! I would definitely recommended this!

I have hired trainers in traditional gyms on and off for years and I got tired of it; always seemed to be the same. I signed up for Type A Training and the experience blew me away. I am so thankful to be a client of Type A Training and highly recommend it. I have noticed results even after just 1 week in my endurance. Nathaniel was my trainer before our wedding. We did 8 class package with him and he is awesome. Very flexible with time and always push us so hard during classes. He totally killed it! And he keep an eye on our diet after class, which is very sweet of him to do so! I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to do a personal training/boot camp type of workout!

Nathaniel has been my trainer for over a year. I have worked with many trainers in the past and he is by far my favorite. I had tendonitis in my foot after running a marathon and even though I was limited with an injury he modified my workouts so we could continue to train around it. He always takes an inventory of how I am feeling, how I have recovered from prior workouts, and my fitness goals in order to keep the workouts on target. I bought a workout package from Nathaniel a little less than a year ago, and he got me on my way to losing 70 pounds! He worked around my knee injury, my hormonal/menopausal challenges at 50, and set me straight on nutrition and exercise. The weight came off so easily I was astonished. Nathaniel with Type A Training is awesome! I found him when I was at one of my heaviest weights with no motivation to workout, and I took the plunge to hire Nathaniel as my trainer. I love how he's flexible with my work schedule, always available (via text), and will help me with both food and training. I found Nathaniel through my wife at the dog park. I knew I needed a jump start to getting healthy again. I did the 3 week intense 45 minute mini private boot camp. Not only was his programs unique, he would introduce new exercises to keep my mind and muscles from getting familiar. I loved the variety as my mind generally looks for ways to cheat and I never knew what to expect. I was a little nervous at first and didn't know how I was going to handle, but that disappeared in about 5 minutes in the first session.There is a lot of personal training out there, but let me say, you cannot compare

I initially signed up for the 21 day makeover because I needed to lose weight for an upcoming event. I was a little hesitant at first having a stranger come to my house but Nathaniel is so nice and friendly that those fears were swiftly dismissed. Using Nathaniel's health tips and working out together really helped me to trim down and motivated me to stick to a routine. He is so encouraging and really provides great variety with each workout. I especially love the boxing sessions with him, they allow me to release all my frustration. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is searching
