To get started, schedule an in person consultation where we gather all the necessary information to design your custom training program to help you reach your goals. Consultations include reviewing your goals/injuries, body composition analysis, functional movement screening, followed by a personalized workout.

I started working out with Maria, a personal trainer at Just Train, earlier this winter because my workout routine was becoming a grind. Call it the winter blues. I was bored out of my mind with the treadmill and didn't know what else to do with myself, so I found Just Train by googling for personal trainers in my area and came in for an assessment. Maria immediately made me feel comfortable and came up with a workout that was tailored to exactly what I wanted to achieve.
Each session is one hour, but it's the fastest hour I've ever spent at a gym. The workouts are challenging but very doable

Joel Thomas and his wife Annie both provide amazing training services themselves as well as manage an excellent gym. I trained with Joel for several years and now train with Annie. They both have a quality which is very hard to find: they know just how hard to train me so that I get great, challenging workouts and continue to improve while not going so hard as to leave me feeling discouraged.
Furthermore, they add such personality and humor to their expertise as to make training there a really great and welcoming experience
