Anne Marie specializes in personal training and nutrition, with an emphasis on nutrition education, and family nutrition planning. Anne Marie Imbornone Bennick attended Pace University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development. She then went on to be a private home-schooler for a major celebrity's children.
After spending a few years teaching, Anne Marie shifted gears and made a career change into the fitness field. She hoped to eventually combine the two fields by helping children and teens build self-esteem and take care of their bodies. She realizes this dream with some of her current clientele, whose ages range from 6-70 years old.

Services
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with personal training sessions. If you cancel a session within the 24 hour range of the appointment time, you will be charged for that session. We work hand in hand with some of the best physical therapists in the industry. Please inquire about having physical therapy services here at The Live Well Company or being referred to a physical therapy site to suit your needs.
