I had already gave them the run down of my credit before I decided to dish out money to pay for an application fee... Taryn told me to come by and talk to her that next morning, but she ended up calling out, but she let Stacy know what was going on.. I called the morning I turned in the application to let them know something was going wrong with the website to where I couldn't turn it in at that time,, so Taryn said she would call back.. So I ended up turning in the application maybe 30-40 minutes later and I called them to ask do they check for misdemeanors and to let them know that I turned in

Maintenance is very quick to fix our problems, they come right away and make sure to let us know if there’s anything they could do just let them know. Super nice people. The apartment itself is great, house was in perfect shape with clean carpets 🙏🧡

I love living here. Any time I call for maintenance or anything the response is really quick. Aaron Harvey is always pleasant when he has to come in to repair something or just replace a light bulb, which is what I needed today. No job is too small, he is always professional. Thank you Aaron Harvey and Brittney Downs!

Brittany Downs is an amazing apartment complex. They are very professional and extremely responsive. I had a small emergency at 9 PM and they talked me through how to deal with it. Then the next morning they fixed it. Thank you Aaron! You did a wonderful job!!

I have lived at Brittany downs for 3.5 years now. It has been a wonderful experience. Stacy, Terri, and Aaron are always quick to respond to any maintenance needs or questions I may have. The grounds is kept clean. Brittany Downs is a quiet and safe area near all of the major restaurants, movie theater, and grocery stores. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call Home during my time in SC.

My experience living here at Brittany Downs Apartment has been Great! There were a few things that needed to be replaced and repaired. I emailed the leasing office and when I came home everything was repaired and replaced that same day. Thanks to the service team member Rick. Very Professional staff at Brittany Downs!!
