The Haven at Market Street Station is a great place to live. The community is safe and friendly and full of amenities including a car wash, dog park, swimming pool, onsite trash compactor, volley ball court and gym. It's located close to both south and north sides of Aiken and North Augusta and not a long drive to Augusta.
The office staff were very quick and professional helping through all steps from applying to long after moving in. I have no plans of moving and love it here. 10/10 recommend. It's close to Aiken high school and USCA as well as many stores and restaurants and the hospital. Convenience

I have lived at the Haven for the past two years. The management staff is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Their hospitality made a large move from another state bearable. They were polite & easy to work with as I was still getting my new state teaching license.
Each time they need to get into the buildings, they send an email prior, as well as leaving notices on the door to notify their entrances. The online portal is easy to navigate, and work orders get completed in a timely manner.

I love living at the Haven! My roommate and I toured many complexes and decided on the haven because of how nice everything and everyone was when we were making the decision of where to live in Aiken. We love how the Haven is gated, feeling safe and secure where we live is so important. We attend USCA so being so close to school is so nice!! Graysen was super helpful through the application process all the way to the time we signed our lease, he made it all very easy for us!

I do not recommend this place for anyone. The apartments have black mold which the owners will not do anything about. They will simply paint over it. My elderly mother got incredibly sick living here. The shoddy workmanship causes problems in the units and not only is it not fixed, they will try to charge you outrageous amounts of money for things that are their responsibility. The dumpster area is absolutely disgusting, regularly. You can smell it from inside the units in that area of the complex. The pest control you are required to pay for never seems to be done, as there are roaches everywhere

Do not advise doing any sort of business with Haven.
Office staff are quite rude and seemingly discriminatory - not even remotely pleasant to deal with let alone talk to.
Pet fees are exorbitantly expensive + there is a non refundable pet deposit - in addition to you very likely not getting your security deposit back due to your pets.
In addition to the pet fees being outrageous, they discriminate against specific breeds of animal - 'aggressive breeds not permitted' despite it being proven that nurture outweighs nature for the breeds they'd deem 'aggressive'.
Once you look past the rough exterior

Not even worth one star!!! They will charge you for miscellaneous items such as insect spraying etc. Yet, I've never seen them spray once since I've lived here (which has been 2 years). The carpet and blinds when I moved in looked like they weren't changed for years. They haven't done so either since I've leaved here. They will enter inside your apartment without your permission and state that they were doing so for wellness checks. Management is disrespectful and extremely rude for no reason. Please do not live here! I was a full time nursing student and would dog sit

Charges you for repairs. The trash is everywhere and completely nasty. People come and dump their trash at the apartments dumpster. They charge for pest control spraying each month but I haven’t seen them spray once since I lived here. There is bugs and water bugs everywhere. I will not renew my lease!!!

I take these reviews very seriously as I know a lot of companies that encourage them for business feedback and I want to share the real experience you will get living here. It is a nice apartment building no doubt. Quiet, clean, and nobody bothers you. However, the management should keep anybody in their right mind from living here. They believe they are your babysitters. They close the pool when they can’t keep an eye on you or somebody sneezes in there, they charge for things that you will not receive such as pest control which is desperately needed and they will charge you for the most minor
