I relocated to Aiken SC a while back. Toured several places and New London Apartments was my top pick. Really clean and modern living space while being conveniently located in a great area. Highly recommend!

The maintenence staff is very quick and friendly, much better than any other place I've lived. The floor plans are very open, so even though the overall size is smaller than other options in the area, there is no wasted space and to me it feels larger. Theres also a slight discount for anyone working at the savanah river site, and it is right next to target if you need anything.

I don't normally write reviews, but this place deserves one. I recently relocated to the area for work and looked at a few places in this general area. I chose New London for a few reasons- firstly the office staff is very helpful and friendly. From the moment I took my first apartment tour, to the moment I received my keys for my new place, they were always helpful and attentive. You can't beat the location. Everything is within a very short drive and Target and Planet Fitness are walking distance from my front door. The apartments themselves are very well kept, spacious, modern and you can't
