My boyfriend and I just recently moved into these apartments they are very clean and the members of the front office Alex Sarah are very nice and understanding as well they always have monthly events and they're always doing something to stay interactive with the guests of their apartments!! My boyfriend and I love it here and would gladly recommend it to other people and have!!!

If you like very dated apartments, appliances, and roaches this is the place for you. Not to mention crappy maintenance they painted over the roaches like here you go enjoy your new cockroach Apartment. Rental office staff is amazing but the apartments need some serious TLC not to mention the outside areas could use some serious upgrading. They are not very inviting at all so I decided to pass and glad I did. My friend just moved out and they charged him for a re-marketing fee like seriously let's charge people to market on Facebook what a rip off. Not to mention they need to rent the

Harbor oaks directed me to fill out an application and put down a $500 holding deposit before even being allowed to view any apartments I had contacted harbor oaks to inquire about their apartments on the 30th of Aug. i was told i would need to summit an application to prove my eligibility before they were able to move forward on anything. After paying for and summiting the application they approved me on Sep 1st, i asked about coming by and seeing what they had to offer but was told i would need to put down some sort of deposit and sign their welcome letter before they could even show me anything

Not sure why people are posting photos of dirty ovens and bathroom vents. Clean them! That is your responsibility as a tenant....if it was like that upon move-in the staff would be more than happy to take care of that. Maintenance does a great job. The manager (Sara) is very helpful! I have lived here for over 7 years and she always takes care of things.

I have been a resident at Harbor Oaks for 30 years. I wouldn't live anywhere else. The office staff.......Sarah and Alex are the best team ever to be in charge here. I have lived here at Harbor Oaks going on 3 years now!! I absolutely love it here I have two sparkling pools to chose from and a Jacuzzi, my kids Love The playground here and basketball court! They are also pet friendly! The staff here is amazing anything that needs done gets done! The maintenance guys here are awesome and know how to do their job! My apartment Comes with all the amenities you could think of! You also can't beat the price! I would recommend these apartments for your future home!

Gated Ha! It's almost always broken. Run down they claim they're renovating for over 2 yrs now. What little they've done has been lipstick & mascara. Wood is rotting, cement cracking, bad landscaping, things break & get fixed half-assed, roofs leak, sinks, toilets all leak warped vanities mold. Dishwasher never worked though they said it was fine multiple times in looking at it. Cops were always there..constant knocking on door by deputies looking for 1 person or another. Huge rent increase every year. It's a dump. Has gone way downhill since I moved in. Management

I currently live here and all I can say is WOW! I love it here, my leasing agent Alex was amazing and made my whole move in so easy! Everything was done online so I was hesitant at first, but she tells you and walks you through every step, there is no hidden agendas. My apartment is absolutely adorable.

I just renewed my lease at the apartments. My experience has been very much positive over the past year. The property is very quiet. Tons of older massive beautiful trees all over the property. Mostly families and older adults. The front desk ladies are incredible and very helpful. The maintenance staff is amazing and always very helpful. Almost every person I have met in the community has been very polite. I very much care about and get along with my neighbors. Both pools are always clean and very well maintained. Do not move there if you can help it. It could be a pretty place with some care and upkeep and if they screened their tenants a little better. It became a scary place to live with lights out in dark areas, neighbors who threatened others if they stepped out of their apartment, and the "security gate" that only worked occasionally. They make a lot of promises that are never kept. Make sure you read your lease. They take so many fees out of the deposit, you get nothing back.
