Coldwell Banker Park Shore Property Management is the property management division of Coldwell Banker Park Shore Real Estate. Our company was created in 1992 when two of the oldest and most respected real estate organizations in the area combined to better serve the community. These organizations were Bill Herdman Real Estate (established in 1947) and Park Shore Real Estate (established in 1961).
My father has been a great influence in my life and an even better boss. He has taught me how to work hard, hold strong values, stay optimistic, and importantly, the value of slowing down and enjoying life. I guess you could say that's my philosophy of life. I try to bring every aspect of this into every one of my transactions and relationships.

It's disappointing to see how many bad reviews this company has. But I did notice they are from renters or would-be renters and not the property owners. Here is one from a person that owns a group of properties and loves the service they provide. If you're out of the area and need a property management company, ask for Desirae Kerby from this company!
I have a handful of my properties being managed by ParkShore property management. I initially had another company managing my properties and had difficulties with dealing with the property manager. This company has been a breath of fresh air to deal

Poor experience. Would honestly loved to rent a nice house from this company. After I spent money and put my application in I had to inquire anything on it. They very rarely answer there phones and do not give you any updates. Don't spend the money just to be basically ignored. And yes I am fully qualified for the house, they just have very poor communication skills. I would rather take my business to a place that would at the least return a phone call.

We have been renting from them for about a year and a half now, and we love it! Any maintenance that needs to be done is always done in a timely manner. Our rent is less expensive than comparable houses. Sandy has gone above and beyond for my family more than once! I would recommend her to anyone that's looking for a rental!

Not that great, they want non-married couples to both earn 3 times the amount of the rental. That is honestly just discrimination. Also they seem to cause problems for landlords as well, removing potential clients and renters for this obscene reason.

People should never go up there and rent from them. There's a few people up there mainly one who likes to bring people into an habitat living and doesn't want to give them their money try to play a game then rinse it to another person and just keeps on going and going by my opinion is this they need to get rid of Sandy sandy is bad individual for that place bottom line when you put someone in a rat-infested black mold in home they oughta make sure that they get their people straight but that one good luck none the less never ever ever go there it's all bad it's a rip-off from that lady maybe other
