Staff only care about making the place look good for the moment.. the office never helps with anything when u need it.. very rude staff. Rats are on the property and the place is falling apart. The exit gate never works and when it’s fixed it breaks the next day.. they never hire professionals to fix anything just 3rd party companies that never know what they are doing.. highly do not recommend making this place your home unless you want your garbage to pile up in your apartment when your too busy to take it down to the trash because they do not allow you to put trash outside your door or you

Don’t waste your time or money. The management is completely rude and helpless, the staff is almost entirely different from when we moved in 6 months ago, everyone (with the exception of one or two of them) that works in the office is extremely unprofessional. The “newly renovated apartments” consist of a cheap, flaky paint job, some laminate flooring that chips when walked on, and loose outlets that won’t hold a plug. The pool is always filthy, and the “gated community” doesn’t have gates that work. I don’t feel safe here knowing anyone can come in or out, I regularly get followed

Management has changed thus raising the rent. The trash compactor is always overflowing. The “gated community” has a gate that hasn’t worked the entire year I have lived here (unless the count the outgoing gate being closed as any security).
Apartments are older and have poor paint jobs and extremely loose electrical plugs. Apartment below me enjoyed smoking pot numerous times a day leading to my apartment smelling like a hotbox.
Found a newer and much nicer apartment for less money. Renter beware.

Absolutely horrible! Would not recommend! They have the worst attitudes. My fiancé was just disrespected from the “property manager” because he had to change the move in date because he has Covid! He’s been waiting A MONTH just to get an exact amount of how much he would be paying and the only excuse given to him every time is a smart remark or them claiming every one is new! Ridiculous! I literally couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was on the phone with him just now smh. Oh and to top it off the woman never apologized until she noticed a review about her and still only called to
