We live in the Western US, but own two rental houses in the Marathon Area. Lee is critical to our success. Her business not only provides excellent short term rental house cleaning after guests leave, but more importantly, has become an instrumental component of house, yard and misc. This lady is rude, non responsive and completely unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I text and called her twice to see if she was there and her response to me was that I didn't need to call her. And from there she got even more rude. If she doesn't want to be bothered or she doesn't want to talk to clients then she needs to find a new profession.
Lastly, she charged me 215 for last min service which is understandable bc I had an appraiser coming. My realtor got her and called me super pist. She had to mop the floors, clean dirty sinks and wasn't happy with me. Ridiculous!! This lady is atrocious

I have used Lee Lapid's cleaning service for 6 plus years. She and her crew are always on time and do an excellent job. They are quick yet thorough! I have come to trust the cleaning personnel to go to my house and clean. I have never had anything stolen or damaged by any one from Lee Lapid. I always get 100% from Lee Lapid and company!
