We originally moved into this apartment complex back in 2015 and lived here for 2 years. The previous management wasn't bad, but they weren't great either. We moved out, no big issues. Ended up moving back in in November of 2019 and I have to say, a noticable improvement from the previous management. Tyler started here a few months ago and I just want to say, he's amazing. Super friendly, easy to talk to and will always greet you with a smile when you come into the office. He's been really great about communicating what's going on when there's a problem. He's thoughtful and so warm and welcoming

I have just moved in to a two bedroom/ two bath at Jasper Place. Everything has gone smoothly and seamlessly. I appreciate the new manager, Tyler, for answering all of my questions and making us feel accommodated. He is always pleasant and timely. If I ever need anything, he is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. The complex is beautiful with landscaping and many trees for privacy. It is also one of the very few apartments in this area that includes a garage for the same prices! I am very happy in my decision to sign a lease here at Jasper Place. It’s definitely worth your time.

I just moved in two weeks ago and one of the things that helped me to decide that this would be my next home was the friendly community manager (Tyler). He was happy to answer my many questions and he made me feel like I had his full attention. In the day and age that we live in, in which many apartment complexes that are run by property management companies are staffed by employees that see prospective tenants as meeting a sales quota instead of a human being that is looking for the just the right place to call home, Tyler was a big breath of fresh air. He's kind, attentive, friendly, personable

My husband and I have been living here for three years now and when we first moved in this complex, it had some major issues with management and lack of a reliable maintenance crew. The leasing office was inconsistent on hours and it would take, on average, a month to get something fixed. But ever since the complex was under new management (and I think ownership as well), this place has really turned around. The leasing office is run by a wonderful senior leasing staff member Jessica and the maintenance crew are so nice, friendly, and reliable. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

It looks nice on the outside- but don't let that fool you! Terrible place. They charge you for things that are not your expenses, things the apartments should be paying for. The office staff is never there to help when there is an issue. Maintenance has taken months to fix issues, including repairs to a washer/dryer.
When trying to give notice of leaving they do not respond or acknowledge that you are leaving. They also don't fill out the forms sent to them to be filled out by other apartments so we can actually get a place somewhere else! I am amazed at how horrible this place it.

Do not rent here. I rented here two years ago and didn’t complete a review at the time, but now we are changing cities for a job and plan to rent before buying again. I saw a Madronna Ridge property in the new city, which sparked me to write this review. (That, and reading other reviews beforehand this time around is helpful.)
Our move out experience with Madronna Ridge Jasper Place was awful, and it showed me the company's greedy and unprofessional side. We always paid the rent on time, and rarely asked for maintenance except when the heater broke, which it did at least a few times in the ten

I love my apartment, I love the complex, I love my neighbors, I love the quiet neighborhood, I love the pet policy..I HATE the management. For the last two month they have tried to tell me I haven't paid my rent and they charged me late fees for both months. ( It does show that the smaller of the two money orders on one month went through..but they don't take partial payment right? So they just decide to not credit my account everything I handed to them??...) I have the pay stubs and proof that I did pay my rent and their temporary office staff keeps telling me "I shouldn't be telling you this
