Lakeside is an incredible place to live. Not just for the extremely modern amenities and the beautiful community but for the incredible team at lakeside. My lease ended abruptly due to some extremely unfortunate personal matters with my roommate but instead of giving me the boot or charging me with as many fees as possible, the Lakeside team went above and beyond in making a difficult time easier for me as I transitioned to a new apartment complex. I’ll forever be grateful for their kindness and will greatly miss living in such a wonderful apartment community.

Beautiful location, cozy apartments, serene surroundings, manicured lawns, soothing fountains in each of the four ponds, and excellent customer service. I felt so happy touring Lakeside and had such a great leasing experience. Don't you want someone who answers all your questions, with a smile? William presented the property, leasing options, and accompanied me on an extensive tour. He provided every single detail i asked for, and i asked a lot! When i said i loved animals, he even pointed out a unique little black squirel who merrily resides on the property. Based on the exquisite service provided

We’ve been here for about 2 weeks now and it’s like we’re on vacation. We are nearly 5 minutes away from restaurants, movie theatre, pet shops, and several other places. They have a phenomenal dog park with so many different dogs to play with that our dog always has something to do. The grounds are very well maintained and it almost seems like they’re constantly combing the complex for trash because I have not found ANY problems here. It’s safe to say that living here almost feels like I’m on vacation.

My husband and I moved here in August 2020 and we’ve had a really good experience so far. While I am recovering from back surgery, the leasing office has been so kind to pick up my packages and deliver them to my door without any hesitation. It's fantastic here! This community is a well oiled machine and is 100% tenant friendly! They have gone above and beyond, responded promptly, and have been extremely welcoming during our whole transition. What you see is NOT all you get. The sense of community and the upkeep of the grounds makes us feel like we are in some hidden tucked away paradise in the middle of NOVA. Maintenence is on point and very friendly. THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL!!!

We have only been here a week but everything has been seamless since we’ve arrived to our first tour. The staff really make the experience worthy and valuable. We have been treated like family and the amenities/property are just as breathtaking as the pics! The apartments itself are adorable with gorgeous views.

Have been living here for almost a year now. Never had a complaint. Absolutely love the landscapes. Asked for maintenance a couple of times and they were pretty quick. Staff at the leasing office are okay, especially Amy, very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The community is recommended, especially for those looking for more of a suburban life.
