Just moved in a week ago and everything about this apartment complex is amazing. I feel very safe living here as a young woman and love that the community is diverse. The apartment it’s self is beautiful and very nicely remodeled and renovated. Couldn’t ask for better. The Amazon mail package center is also amazing, I order many packages throughout the month so having a secure and fast locker pick up system is perfect. I haven’t used the pool or gym yet, however every time I walk past them they look clean and inviting. So happy to be a part of this community and can’t wait to explore more

Brianne, the resident manager was amazing during our entire process of looking at apartments to rent for our upcoming move. We are located out of state, and she did a great job showing us the entire property (virtually), taking photos of things we had questions about, and answered every email/call in a timely manner. Due to work reasons, we had to cancel our application for our future three bedroom renovated home here, and we were actually sad, as we looked forward to joining their community. Seriously, wouldn't recommend even looking into leasing here since the staff/development is out to play games in order to hold your deposit/application deposit. They told us "no problem, the security deposit is refundable," when we communicated (within a reasonable time frame) our intent to look elsewhere, they refused to refund us our deposit. Apparently, they claim they held an apartment open for us, however, they voluntarily held it open since obviously there was no interest in the apartment. Renovated apartments are lovely. Food truck events are great. But beware - this is a smoking community! This was not made clear to us when we signed our lease. The "Drug Policy" does not apply to tobacco. Our neighbors smoke cigarettes 20x a day and we can't open our balcony door or windows for longer than 15 minutes. If we leave our home with a window open, we return home to our apartment reeking of cigarettes. We moved here for the beautiful greenery and quiet, and can't even enjoy it. Makes it that much harder to be trapped at home with COVID.

There were some hiccups with one of the staff members and the parking has gotten a little crazy some nights. Overall this is a great complex though, Sarah, Brie and the other woman in the office who's name I really should catch are all very friendly and helpful. The parking situation has largely been resolved and I love that having guests over is a possibility with their visitor spots and 15 passes available per month.
