We recently moved in after a friend of ours recommended it and boy are we so happy we did! I really cannot begin to explain how AMAZING and helpful the office staff has been. We had a lot of snags and issues with our applications (no fault of the staff, technological glitches) and these girls have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectations to see to it that every issue was resolved. They really expedited the whole process for us. We had a very short dead line of when we wanted to move as to not renew our current living situations and they made it happen. We moved in back in April of 2021 and have really enjoyed living here the last 8 months now. The front office staff have always been super friendly and helpful when we've called or walked down to the office, and the maintenance staff have always been very prompt whenever something breaks and needs fixing. Mohammed is usually the one that shows up to take care of any maintenance issues; he's very nice and very prompt, and he quickly takes care of anything that's wrong! Overall, a really great experience so far, and we're hoping to continue living here for as long as we can!

Very disappointed that recently they decided to put loose rocks and gravel down in the dog park. Never once have I been to a dog park with rocks. It's very uncomfortable for the dogs, they can't even run in the park anymore. Not to mention, if they do try to run it's a hazard because rocks are flying everywhere.They ruined the dog park, sadly. It used to be a place where many residents would meet in the afternoons for dog play time, but its no longer fun or safe for the dogs. Please fix this issue.

This 5 star rating is only for the Maintenance department. I have lived here since June 2019 and Mohammed and Freeman have done a great job with any maintenance request that I have submitted. Recently Mohammed came out and performed a repair from a request. He was very quick and made sure there was nothing else that needed to be fixed. Great customer service.

Moved in about a month ago and have nothing negative to say about this place. Kourtney made me feel so welcomed, which made picking the Courts an easy decision. The leasing team were able to get me into my place quickly, and handled issues promptly. The maintenance team is wonderful, Freeman, and Mohammed went above beyond to make sure any maintenance issues were handled quickly and painlessly. Very happy I chose the Courts.

From the first day we moved in we had problems. Was told to move in at 1pm. No one showed up to allow us to move in until 3 pm. My sister spoke to them in person, in phone and I via email numerous times to ensure a safe move in during Corona and the leasing team provided no guidance or told us contradicting information. Then tried to change the move in rules. Prices changed for corona 24 hours after signing the lease ad would not lower prices. They did not provide any leniency. I even asked to have a manager call me over the issues of the move in day. I followed up multiple times. A year later
