PLEASW MAKE SURE THAT THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. My roommate and I was under the impression that we were set to move in come March of 2022. After paying the security deposit, signing the welcome home letter we get a call a month later saying one of the apartment we were expecting had been rented already . Ok that’s fine they have us another option. After agreeing to the new apartment we we get a call stating that both of the leasing agents gave us false information about the new apartment and that “ we didn’t make the rent requirement” so they assumed that two adult

I just moved in almost 2 weeks ago, and I have to say I’m very upset with how things have turned out. First off, when I did the tour, I specifically asked if the units were the same- wall color, flooring, cabinets. And it was not (I did 2br/2ba. The kitchen counters/cabinets/layout looked nothing like the model.
My biggest concern is the ROACHES. Saw them my first day and they sprayed but it didn’t work. I’ve done it twice. They said it’s a free weekly service so that tells me it’s an ongoing problem.

Mrs. Katonia has been outstanding and very helpful with every process of helping my Uncle with his apartment and he so dearly appreciates it. As the workahaulic that he is, I helped him select these apartments so that he'll be very close to work and only has to make one turn off of the interstate. I showed him virtual tours of the property and he was sold. He was really interested and felt as though he had made the right choice after receiving such great customer service from the staff. Thank you all so much and Ms. Katonia deserves the best Christmas gift ever!!!!

As a first timer moving into apartments my stay here was very well welcoming. I have been living here for 3yrs now and I highly recommend these apartments. I moved in when Covid-19 first hit and even during a pandemic Communication was outstanding. I had few minor maintenance issues. I never had to wait a long time for anything to get done. The longest I’ve probably waited was about 2weeks because of the pandemic of course. There’s no such things as a perfect apartment but these apartments were definitely perfect for me as 1st timer. My only issue were when my car got Ramsack I kinda blame

I would recommend the Trails at Mt Moriah, they have a wonderful staff. I really needed a new refrigerator and they explained to me that they are waiting on back orders for many things I was not pleased but with in a few days they had me a new refrigerator installed and called the same day to make sure that everything was ok. They always ask if there is anything else. Katonia always finishes with if you need anything else just let us know.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here even if you are desperate! I sighed a year lease and ended up breaking my lease in 5 months. The reason for that is because the maintenance company doesn't fix anything and when they do come they half a** do the job. I've been having leaking issues every since I moved in their apartment back in may so in the result of that the apartment smell sour! And last but certainly not least I killed the total of five RATS since I lived there!!! OH YEAH IT WAS A SHOOT OUT IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE WAIT FOR SOMETHING BETTER!!!

I want to thank the team at The Trails at Mt. Moriah. I was moving in town from NC and I needed a place to stay so I could start my new job. The application process was very simple and quick. The office staff was very knowledgeable and we very friendly. My move in was stress free and I loved my apartment. Thank you for making a stressful situation an easy transition!

They're under new managment and the way they are going about doing damage control is poor. Water still gets cut off constantly. Trash is always in the parking lot. There is only one dumpster. They're always trying to charge for something. Just recently they sent out a notice about how we can only have patio furniture on the patio. No grills allowed. The grill has to be ten feet away from tje building for use because it can cause fires I read the contract. Now they're pulling up satellite dishes after letting people have them in the yard for YEARS like I got the motice and wasnt evem able to properly
