Since they changed management this place has gone downhill. The staff is always late specially on the weekends. Right now it’s Sunday at 1:51 and they are late for 51 min. I’m waiting outside the office for them to open. The staff is rude. Greystar was way better, responsive, friendly, professional! Oh and by the way, they were late last Sunday too for 30min

I wrote an updated review that was too long and decided it wasn't worth it, I haven't been accommodated thus far therefor i don't expect to be after this review.
Not worth the price you pay. Break ins, stolen packages, car robberies, domestic abuse, constant fights in the parking lot. Not a very family friendly community. The apartments themselves are nice but not very well maintained. I have had several issues with my unit in particular, reached out to management several times, inquired about getting the issues fixed before move in, and nothing was

Ever since Greystar sold the property this place has gone down hill. The gym equipment is always broken and they take months to fix anything. The yoga room smells like feet and the pool table pockets are broken. Many Car BREAK ENDS!! The walls are so thin you can hear everything. The new management are rude and they do not care about their residents. They know people are still struggling because of the Covid-19 pandemic and they still want to raise the rent on loyal residents. BEWARE DONT MOVE HERE!!!

Always recommend to my friends this property Because I was always comfortable and happy in this apartment but recently the management and the overall system has completely changed and little attention is paid to the cleanliness of the apartment environment as well as the packages and posts. As a result, we see mail packages being stolen or lost!!
Last week I had a very important package from Amazon. When I received the package email, I saw that my package, which had been left behind just a few minutes before, had been picked up and stolen!!! I informed the building office but no one cared!!

I had a tour at the Eclipse apartments today and the office staff was very friendly, I was being helped by the young lady named Hope. She was super nice and very informative. She greeted me the moment I walked into the door and even though I tried to throw her off with some questions she had an answer for everything. The complex was very clean and the unit I saw was beautiful. This is definitely my number one choice in renting an apartment home.

Guys there is no security around the place
All the cameras that u see doesn’t work
None of them work.
My vehicle was stolen from my parking lot which was looked and secured properly.
3rd day After I bought it it was gone. I checked with the office and they told me any of the cameras don’t work so if u have a good looking motorcycle or car forget it someone’s gonna steal it. Please be careful about ur property all the cameras are fake and they never work !!! 😡😡

If you love loud noises this is the place for you. Every night it consists of a series of car alarms going off, blaring music, people fighting outside, yelling, screaming…definitely not the community you want to live in. The apartment itself isn’t bad. Maintenance is fast and if your clean you won’t get too many bugs.

The staff in the office are friendly and very efficient and very cooperative.Finding the apartment in the eclipse was super easy through website.
I was happy with their process and response. Moving in was seem less.
Paying rent online is convenient. Raising maintenance request is supper easy. Their response is excellent!
Overall I am very happy!

I just move into the apartments in October but so far I can’t complain. The area has been peaceful and working from home has been a breeze. When I had an issue with my stove, Justen from the front office helped me submit a maintenance request and it was resolved the following day. I am always promptly notified when I receive a package. My neighbors have also been very friendly. Also cannot wait to take advantage of all the amenities in this location. So far I am enjoying my stay and I am loving the apartment layout.

Update: I would not recommend anyone living here! They will gouge you with fees on move out regardless of the condition you leave your apartment in. My fiance and I lived here for a year, and our lease ended at the end of June. Before we returned our keys, we made sure to clean the apartment thoroughly. However, that didn't stop Eclipse from sending a statement of charges to us the following month with an $81.18 charge for "carpet", a $65 charge for "cleaning", and a $90.19 charge for "utilities". No additional details were included in the statement to detail

So I just signed my 3rd lease. I am happy with Eclipse. I like that it's centrally located to highways, malls, shopping & dining. There's even a park right across the street. Rent isn't the cheapest but certainly not overpriced. Too little rent attracts the farm animals and no one wants that. I filled a survey recently where I mentioned a slightly noisy neighbor. Sabrina Tremaria with Eclipse read the survey (who does that) and pulled me aside next visit to the mgmnt office to get the scoop. She talked with my neighbor and voila! Problem solved! Needless to say I renewed my lease

Well, Where should I start? Eclipse is an amazing place to live. From the staff to amenties in these apartments this place is wonderful. Sabrina and the staff are extremely nice and accommodating, and not to forget maintenance who respond quickly and efficiently to tenants needs. If your looking for a place to live check out Eclipse apartments in… Houston! The community here is awesome and friendly. Eclipse has a Pool for summer fun ! I can keep going but stop in and find out yourself, you wont regret it! Thanks Eclipse and all the staff especially Sabrina......

I have been a resident at The Eclipse apartments since 2015 and have nothing but great things to say about this staff! Amina, Ashley, Audra, and Kara are always willing to go above and beyond to help resolve any issue or answer any question I might have. From an excellent maintanence team to a beautifully kept community this property is for sure a community worth taking a look at! I can promise that won't regret making The Eclipse your new home!

I moved into this apartment complex about a month ago and was drawn to its living space and amenities. The application process was painless and move in was even easier. Since I've been here I have really fallen in love with my apartment, and the community it's set in is so nice as well. There's a Kroger just down the street for groceries and multiple eating spots also within walking distance.

This is unfortunately the most negative rental experience I've had. Everything from the initial poor level of service & communication provided by management (they are improving to a 2 star), to not having proper execution of new resident move in (I had to ask for literally everything - that I pay for mind you, at move in). I had to call for my valet trash, parking pass, second set of keys, etc. I don't want to rant- you get the picture. The amenities and location are awesome- but unfortunately the community is constantly trashed, the general community of people who live here, do not
