Water pressure is bad, I always have to put in a request either concerning my sinks, or tub , in the laundry room only a few washers get your clothes clean, my car was damaged by another person and there’s only cameras in the front and very back, or so I was told ! Upon moving in, my dishwasher hadn’t even been cleaned. It took a month to get a replacement. Ready for my lease to be up

This complex is transitioning to it's 3rd management company in the past 4yrs so any changes remain to be seen. Word of warning: the plumbing is ancient and water pressure is terrible. Put your washer on maximum fill and you'll be lucky if it fills 25%. My wife turned the tub faucet on and the fixture shot off the wall just barely missing her head and blew through the back wall of the shower stall. When it rains most parking lots turn into 7" deep lakes. Neighbors are nice, location is ideal but this place needs a major rebuild.

Great place to live! Everyone working at dwell is extremely helpful and has made renting an apartment stress free and with all the fun events and contests they have I feel like I'm part of a fun exclusive community. With the newly redone apartments and the beautiful pool area it's kind of like I have a slice of paradise. Update! Just got to use the one of the grills that dwell provides and it was great! Everything was clean already set up I just needed to turn it on! Had an amazing dinner and it made my day!

I am really impressed with the new management at the Dwell at GreenRidge. They are always doing everything they can to accommodate my family’s needs while we are in the process of building our home. Taylor at the front desk always remembers my family by our names. That just ONE thing that makes us feel welcome! Excellent service and staff! I highly recommend considering this as your top choice.
