5 stars for the new maintenance guys Willie and Shaquille!! I had an AC leak in my ceiling, put a work order in early (like 4am early) and they were in my unit working to fix it by 10am the same day. They both were so nice and professional and went above and beyond. Willie even recaulked my back door and reinforced it after I voiced it being a safety concern. In the past, maintenance issues have been dismissed without being resolved and things were left so messy and done unprofessionally, if at all. Props to these guys!

If I could leave negative stars I would. We have no maintenance no emergency call center. 3 days no AC and not one call or text or email. Sent numerous emails and calls to “closed” office been begging politely for our mold and other issues to be addressed for a year. They don’t care I have never been so frustrated and felt so trapped in what is supposed to be our home.

I have not rented yet with Northwood Townhomes but I wanted to compliment Geoffrey Brown he is a leasing consultant there and he is Amazing! I have not decided yet due to pricing went up but I have to give him 5 stars for working so fast with me during the rental process. I work in customer service and this is what we need 24.7 thanks again!

My family and I lived at Northwoods for about 4 years, and we were so thankful for Cheryl. Managing is not easy at times, and I believe she did very well regardless of any negative reviews. No matter what, you cannot please everyone. Matt and Cory were always so friendly and made sure things were taken care of when we needed them to fix things or just to say hi. Thank you for giving us great first years in our Charleston experience at a place we called home. Keep up the great work.!

I recently moved here from NY and Crystal is the best honestly! I love this townhome it's very comfortable and quiet and everyone's very friendly. I had an minor issue with a leak and was immediately taken care of within minutes, along with the application process and just making me feel at home she makes sure your well taken care of! If your thinking about moving here, do not hesitate and DO IT 😁
