Don't even waste your time applying here...they just keeping your application money...first they said I didn't make enough so sent in paystubs ...then they stated insufficient credit or rental history...at this point I realized they were going to say anything because they have no apartments available LOOK ELSEWHERE don't waste your money on the bogus application fee smh.

Started off good. Then started going downhill. They still haven’t got the raccoons out of my attic. Had 3 days notice that we had to leave for them to do renovations and was placed in a trashy hotel. Couldn’t be home from 7:15-5 for 7 days. Doesn’t really work with a military schedule. Nice people tho

I have been living at the Hampton Creek Apartments for about 3 months. And I have to say i am happy so far with my experience the staff is wonderful!!! Vary kind and helpful. Jennifer and Nikki are always there for you in whatever you need. If needed they will work overtime for you!!! being a military family we will reside here till we have to move again.

Apartment is small for what you're paying, balcony is TINY. I really hate living here, the walls are paper thin and I am constantly listening to the cars outside. I understand that little creek is a semi busy road but I get woken from a dead sleep every single night from even a single car. I live in the 3rd floor and can tell when people are walking up the stairs on the ground floor, I can hear the guy in the next building (not apartment, BUILDING) singing along to his music and my baby is woken up constantly by neighbors talking to loud in their own apartments. Also you never pay the same amount

Hampton Creek Apartments is by far the BEST apartment complex to live. Not only are they prompt and helpful if you need anything fixed, but Niki and Jennifer are so friendly and it's always great to see them. Having them around makes Hampton Creek the reason why my husband and I decided to live here again. If you're looking for apartments, this is the place to stay.

The staff that works there is great. Nikki in the front desk is very nice, responsive, and understanding. I had a weird time frame for terminating my lease and she worked with me to make it as convenient as possible. Erik in maintenance is very good at ensuring that requests are handled quickly and with a remarkable level of cordiality and professionalism. The area is a bit damp, so the apartments do have some moisture to them. But the floor plan is spacious and comfortable.
