Services
The Credit Union is a non-profit, self-help organization that is run by the directors and committee members to help the economic well being of members. The profits go back to the members in the form of dividends and services. Since upkeep costs are low, the Credit Union can also offer low interest rates on loans.
Electronic Bill Payment (EBP) is a service that makes it simple and convenient to pay your monthly bills. All you have to do is verify that the amount you have been billed is correct, and then schedule the payment. Your Credit Union will do the rest! We operate in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
The "Payment Method" determines when the first payment is due. With the default selection, "End-of-Period", the first payment will be due one month after the loan is made. If "Start-of-Period" is selected, then the first payment will be due on the loan date. Need more options including the ability to solve for other unknowns, change payment / compounding frequency and the ability to print an amortization schedule?
At the Greece Community Federal Credit Union, your Basic Share Savings account earns you a competitive interest rate and allows you to create specific accounts for your personal savings needs. We offer you the ability to label an account anyway you wish! As a member, you are eligible to open a checking account.
Share Dividends are calculated using the average daily balance method. This method applies a periodic rate to the average daily balance in the account each month. Dividends are credited and compounded quarterly. Government regulations require a substantial penalty for failure to comply with share certificate requirements.

IT SHOULD ACTUALLY BE ZERO STARS. Absolute HORRIBLE Credit Union. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. No call Backs, CEO had to get involved and she could care less on my needs or loan. STAY AWAY!!! They do not take care of customers and treat them terrible. I had to physically go in to get a response from them and even then they were CLUELESS

I'm writing this review in hopes that I can save someone from becoming a member here. The Greece federal credit union tried to cash a voided check, a stop payment check and then charged my account a 37$ fee. Their incompetence and negligence ended up costing me 37$. If you want to bank with an institution that looks out for their members, is honest, polite and competent then GCFCU is not for you and I suggest you find another banking institution. I have since found another credit union where they treat their members with respect and have way better rates.

This facility has led to nothing but issues from me as simply asking them to deposit check A into my gf savings and check B into her checking, which obviously is going to lead to future problems when you think that you have this much in your account. Nothing but problems from the beginning.Everything in there is dated and the employees lack the ability to carry out there job and the professionalism to fix it. I would not recommend this place to my enemy!
